Don’t expect a drinking place to be quiet. Nice place to chill. Nice beer!
2nd time visiting the place! The atmosphere and food was wonderful as usual. Got to try the mushroom bacon as it wasn’t available the first time which was so good! The nachos is also a definite must order! Will visit again!
Nice place to chill on a Saturday. Parking at this place is so convenient and the staff on duty was prompt, friendly. The food is reasonably good and value for money. It is a good place for drinks after hours too!
2nd visit to this restaurant. Nice food but variety not that much. My husband and 2 kids all ate fish & chips. =P It looks like a place to drink beer / wine but we are not into it. Nice music (Korean songs) and staffs are attentive..
reasonably priced menu, short waiting time and friendly staff too
Try the nachos with chilli padi. It is pretty awesome.
Unexpected find in the middle of Ubi. A little hard t access (unless driving) but otherwise a great place to chill and chat over a meal/ bites.
Patronised the restaurant once long ago when they were at upper paya lebar. Second time here. Food and service were OK.
Service is good and i like the chicken wing and bacon mushroom
Casual drinking place near Ubi office area, Beer was reasonably price except food was ok
Great hole in the wall place. Love their sambal stingray!
As always an excellent place to visit, highly recommend for everyone looking for a decent place for a affordable price
hidden gem. we enjoyed cold beer and nice foods. value of money. The most amazing staff was Mr.Patrik Kim. He is the top of hospitality and really professional.
Nice food & good, attentive service by Cyril. Family friendly restaurant that serves good inexpensive food & beer.
Food was generally average except for the spaghetti aglio olio, which was overly salty. We requested for the dish to be remade, and it came back completely unsalted instead.
Had lunch here on a Sunday afternoon - the place was very quiet and pleasant. Service was prompt and friendly. The menu was rather small which I always think is a good indication of quality over quantity. A short brunch menu is available from 1100 - 1700 on weekends. We ordered: 1) Double Cheese Port Burger ($15.90) - The burger might look a tad small, but it was juicy, flavorful and leaves you wanting more. I think this hits a sweet spot on the price level, and quality/ quantity of food. I paid $3 more to add-on a mushroom soup which tasted great but not fantastic, but nevertheless very satisfying. 2) Lala Seafood Beehoon ($16.90) - Do not let the poorly taken picture fool you; this is for sure the highlight of the meal. The seafood broth was bursting with flavor, but yet subtle enough such that one does not get tired from the taste before the meal is over. There was a good balance of prawns, lala (clams) and pork belly served up with a good amount of bee hoon and sambal chilli on the side. I personally think having belacan chilli instead of sambal will elevate the dish even further The food was washed down with a ice lemon tea ($3.50) - I liked the fact this was served with the syrup on the side so you decide how sweet it needs to be. Overall we were pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed the place, and we will return to try the weekend brunch one day. Other things to note: - More than ample parking on kerbside ($0.60 per 30 mins) which is just outside. If you choose to park within the compound it cost $1.80 per hour. - Complimentary warm/ iced water is served - but please at least order a drink :)
Great place to dine and chill with friends or colleagues after work.
2nd visit. Tried the satay & it was nice especially the mutton satay - tender & well marinated. Will be back again.
Very nice environment & friendly, helpful waiting staff. Starters & mains were tasty. Will be back to try more food choices. Soup was a tad too salty but everything else was good.
Food was not mind-blowing, but it's perfect for blowing off steam and having a couple of pints with friends after work. Service was excellent, staff were very attuned to patrons' needs.
Best service and value for money food. Always our go to place for a getaway
Affordable happy hour for beer and food is good! Worth to go again
I love the place , very spacious. food is good - must try pork knackle! beer is awesome - ice cold mug service is good 👍
As always a good dining experience, this tike service was a bit slow compared to the last few visits, maybe due to high demand
Good Food, Reasonable price and Good Customer Service. Overall nice place to hang out. But please make sure to make a reservation in advance; otherwise, you’ll not get a table 👍
nice place to chill with friends and family with cozy environment
To recommend to other friends n business associate n families
Good foods, nice environment, great service! Pork knuckles must try
Food items were fine except barbequed squid with salsa as there was a stale smell. Did a feedback and they provided a slight discount off this item.
Is a relaxing place after a long working day .
Wonderful experience. Friendly staffs and good food makes the whole experience enjoyable.
Saturday House is in the process of relocating and I was terribly disappointed that it was not indicated in the app. We showed up for dinner but were taken aback by a sign on the door that said it was relocating. We drove to the new venue but it was non existent. I wish there were some way that the app could stay updated
Always loved going to Saturday. Very warm, and cosy vibe.
Food was good and value for money. Very good and cold beer. Bad parking situation, slow service as there were only 2 waiters trying their very best.
Quiet atmosphere, good and friendly staff. Food was decent :)
great place to go to eat. nice atmosphere. enjoyed myself.
First time trying out here, so was keen to try out some of their food. Overall ordered the spam fries, Mixed Grill Combo, and the Double Cheese Pork Burger for sharing. Would highly recommend the mix grill due to the portion and meats. Will visit again to try out the rest.
You get a coupon for a complimentary side dish on weekend dining. “It’s A Great promotional offer. Enjoy it!
Good, efficient and cosy .. will visit again for cheap beer.
short waiting time for food to be served & great value for money
I always enjoy a Long cool drink at this place after a hard day’s work especially in good company. The happy hours are Long lasting. Have a great time!
Neighbourhood bar and bistro. Easier accessible by car rather than public transport. Food was decent, had the cabonara, which had an onsen egg in the middle of the pasta. Service staff were friendly. Nice place to dine if not for a slightly inconvenient location.
Nice cosy restaurant with attentive service crew.. Parking is limited.
Its a bit dark in the day. It will be good to have better lighting for day customers
Friendly staff, good food, good drinks, parking might be a problem though..
A quiet place at lunch time with happy hour all day! Love it!
The food is quite good, less crowded in the afternoon though, will go to try other varieties.
Visited the restaurant on Wed night. Booked in advance so we were given table inside so it was good as it was not so noisy. Sapporo black is good. Truffle fries, spam fries, nachos and roast pork were excellent. The bacon mushroom Bomb advertised by resto was Super salty. The calamari really couldn’t make it, the batter flour was so soft so it’s not nice at all. Overall good place to chill and drink.
Tried the satay there, meat texture and satay sauce is good.
Food was fabulous but there was a group of diners who made too much noise and made the place becoming roughly
