Drinks & Food not up to expectations. Service staff were polite and nice. I am surprised it is top 10 restaurant as claimed by a search

The environment is cozy. Messy Sweet Potato Fries is awesome. stop myself from eating it. their cocktail menu is so creative ! The flavour was good for Crab Noodles.

This is a nice place with good music and great food. The staff are friendly. Ideal place for drinks with friends in the evening after work.

Innovative concept. Messy fries and wings were good. The rest of the food we had such as the chendol ice cream, ribs and wings were average.

Was there on a Wednesday night. The place was quiet and only three or four other tables were occupied. Ordered a round of cocktails, then we were informed they close by 11pm. We adjourned to another bar nearby for more drinks. I probably won't be back again.

Tried the valentine's menu this visit. Not nice at all. We all agreed that we should have ordered alacarte instead. There was also lack of attention to details, like insufficient utensils provided, desserts served without utensils too. 90% of the time, no one would top up your water if you didn't ask. Well, I would still come back but order alacarte, coz I really loved the regular dishes on the menu. And I hope the service would improve.

There were 5 of us that night. Both food and drinks (if you like yours refreshing or sour) were great, especially the ribs. The only thing I'd comment on is the wait. Although the place was rather empty on a Wednesday night, it did take awhile for the food to arrive. Service was alright, the waitstaff were attentive enough.

The staff is very friendly and all orders came super quick + correct! Despite our order for big group of 10people. The place is fun and the food is value for money. Which is rare in this part of town.

Food-wise, I tried the truffled prawn egg rolls, brontosaurus char siu ribs (MUST TRYYYY) and bone marrow fried rice, I think the truffled prawn egg rolls and brontosaurus ribs were delicious, I would definitely order them again the next time. The fried rice was ordinary, nothing special. Drinks-wise, I loved the seasonal red wine and prosecco (: Orion beer was fine. For housepour spirits, I had vodka+soda, I would have preferred a fruity mixer tho. For cocktails, I had the golden shower (gin+sugar+cinnamon+...), I enjoyed it too (: Overall ambience was nice, really good to chill and catch up with friends and family. The music isn't too loud, the deco all goes very well with the laundromat concept, the sofa and cushions are nice and comfy. If you're sitting near the aircon vents, it'll be cold, so maybe bring along a jacket? (Or maybe it's meant to get you to order more drinks to warm up hahaha!)

Service was very slow despite the restaurant being almost empty. I had to chase my order, dishes didn't arrive together despite being part of the same course. The waiter did eventually apologise for the time each dish took to arrive

Impressive & humorous drink list. The 567 happy hours is maverick! We only hoped that the food list can be more extensive. A great experience nevertheless:)

Fantastic food and cocktails. Great concept for the setting too. Very quiet which meant the atmosphere just wasn't there unfortunately. Service variable - great welcome and food arrived quickly but we weren't offered more drinks (water or from the bar) and one cocktail needed some explanation at the table (adding ingredients yourself) but this didn't happen. Overall could be fantastic but not quite there.

The food is innovative, but unlike some other similar establishments, the various dishes tasted good! Creative cocktails are not my thing, and they are too expensive (ave $20 a drink - no thanks). I stuck to wine ($10). The UV lighting is a bit too much. We can barely see what we are eating

Service was poor. We were told we couldn't have a table with low seating because it was reserved. Noone turned up. We were the only people there apart from two more tables. And at some point the whole staff were gone. Out smoking? Food and cocktails where good. The ambience was terrible.

Cool decor in the restaurant, a little quiet on a saturday evening, maybe we went too early. Friendly wait staff and will probably go back again. Hope to see more food options.

Service and ambiance are great, happy hour deals are good too. Food-wise wasn't super memorable; I ordered the bone marrow fried rice which tasted nice, but the saltiness became too overpowering and 'jelat'. The sweet potato fries are good though!

Food was great but I'd rather have my cocktails with a lil bit more alcohol in it. Must try the beef rib if you're visiting this place.

The folks at Phat Cat are friendly, the space is cool, and their cocktails are cute and fairly interesting. The food was a letdown - we expected the ribs and the Sichuan burger (both chef recommendations) to be hits, considering it's a small, focused menu, and we were one of just three occupied tables on a Saturday night, but both meats were not done properly and the strange sambal/aioli sauce for the burger was sour and thin. That was a downer. The drinks were cute, but not as inventive or magical as the descriptions and also not as great as what you can get elsewhere in the area.

Food is really bad - What you see is not what you get. For $14 of four pieces of lettuce wrap (tapas) that were missing with multiple ingredients from the menu, it's unbelievable the chef could even bother to serve customer with that. The whole place is more frill/packaging than serving good food or drink. Waiter in charge was understanding enough to waive the December specialty (lettuce wrap) dish off our bill. We subsequently head down to Justin Quek's Grignoter, for $13 their vegetable curry tapas simply marvelous, as compared to dismayed $14 lettuce wrap from Phat Cat Laundry.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of service. Food was alright but took really long to come. Would be good to ask us how we would like our beef as well since we had to asked to cook it further. That took really long as well and we saw that our burger was ready but just left at the ledge getting colder by the moment without being served for quite some time. We ended up serving ourselves. Had to walk up to the waitress to ask for the bill since we couldn't catch them. Twice. Was such an unpleasant meal that we flat out refuse to pay for service charge. Did offer a discount only after we rejected to pay but sorry nope, not coming back again.

The atmosphere is nice and I like their happy hour which changes according to the time (5pm = $5, 6pm = $6,...). There is a small menu that offers American comfort food with an Asian twist. I liked the Sichuan Burger with sweet potato fries which was spicy and perfect meat. My friends who ordered the Ribs where a bit disappointed as the side salad was almost non existing. It's definitely worth a re-visit but I hope that they change their menu from time to time, to keep customers entertained. Btw, music is perfect and fits the pleasant atmosphere.

Ambience was lovely but food was average. Not sure there was any char siu taste in the beef ribs and sauce with the crab noodles was too sweet. Cocktails were on the sweet side. Service was very good.

We got our table quick and the menu, though limited was good. The only thing I prob like to see improved is their WINE menu and supply We had no choice but only 1red wine. Not fantastic wine but has to make do. Other than that,we enjoyed the food
