Been to umpteen times at this branch. Loves the service of jesslyn and sheila. They were always so warm and make us feel comfortable when we are there. Is a pity that day we went was short handed, but nevertheless, jesslyn and Sheila service was great as usual. They apologise for the longer waiting time but we understand. We would like to say a big Thank You to the both of them and will patronise soon.

The place is nice , staff are very friendly n helpful. Reasonable price , food is good ! Will sure to visit again soon .

The food was still good although the menu is now much smaller & missing some of our family favourites like the salmon pizza & pesto pasta. Will be back again!

Very tasty pizza and pasta as usual - great place to bring family. But the pasta is a bit pricey - perhaps making up for the fact that there is no service charge.

Good food! Friendly service staff. Our family liked the gigantic pizza and truffle fries. Too bad the baby ribs ran out. Parking is problematic though.

nice amberience, service was reasonably fine but pricing on food is quite expensive. should have consider smaller portion of food to lower the price and can avoid food wastage too.

Food was great but service bad. Booked the first time and cancelled cos booked wrong timing. 2nd was confirmed. Went down for my reservation and was told that my reservation was cancelled. Reason being was cos the cancelled contra of my second reservation. Wth!! And was told to squeeze 6 pax in a setting for 5 pax. It was the restaurant mistake not mine. After reasoning with the waiter managed to change table for me. Felt that their service has dropped since my last visit.

Their pizzas are delicious. We like the wood-fired fragrance of the pizza crust which accentuates the tastes of the pizzas. The truffle fries were a real treat.

Ambience and quality of food is good. Service wasn't impressive but i think it's because they're understaffed. We weren't given a lot of attention. However price is quite expensive.

Friendly and polite staff. Pizza was very good, the meat ball is very delicious, nice and cozy ambience. We will definitely come back again soon.

Food took a while to reach as there were many customers. However food was good.

Can't go wrong with Pepperoni's. Thomson outlet is small but service is fast and good. Food is always served fast and portions are alright. Good

Food is great. But under staf and took awhile to take order n pay bill. Environment is quite noisy with small kid shouting around all over the place.

Enjoyed the food very much! Good food bit the ambience today is very noisy. Should have a private room for birthday occasions. Anyway, again the food is good!🤤🤤🤤

My kids enjoyed their pizza and gelato from the kids’ menu. We had good staple of vegetables from the crispy portobello mushroom summer vegetable arrabiata

Not a friendly restaurant, we bring cake to that shop for birthday celebration , staff said will have surcharge of $15, it’s not mention before we order.

Their XXL Pizzas are great as usual. Their carbonaras are one of the best in Singapore! Give it a try and order it. Our family loves it.

Tables are a little small for their giant pizzas. Great food though for their Pepperoni and Parma Ham pizzas, chix wings and their Mango Pomelo drink.

The staff were friendly and helpful when we were there for our dinner. My kids like the view of the the chef preparing the pizza... Kept them entertained for a while 😄

Quiet and cosy. Great for group gatherings, family with kids. Like their thin pizzas crust. Menu was revised in June. Parking is limited. Will recommend.

Prices slightly on high side, somehow pizzas were not as good as I last visited.

The pizza was delicious but the chocolate in the molten lava cake did not ooze like it was meant to. The staff were very patient and attentive.

The pizza was very satisfying and ordering the XXL size is a really good bonding activity for our group. There was another group of students seated nearby that were very loud. But I guess that can't be helped. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.
