PAUL - Takashimaya

Branch is understaffed so service is quite slow. Food-wise, I had their lunch set meal and it was very value for money. Starters were the best - especially the vegetable quiche! Tasted like pizza, very flavourful with crispy crust.

food was good, portion was heavy, but wonderful. Hot chocolate was very well blended, not too sweet. And I like it. Price was reasonably fair. I will come again.

Been to Paul’s many times but the last one was disappointing. Orders taken but drinks came later than another customer who came later than us got both her food and drinks. Staffs had no sense of situational awareness that we sat there for at least 15 mins without even a glass of water, until we asked for it and questioned out order, obly to be told to wait further.

A very suitable place for quiet breakfast or to chill with a c on the weekends. its my go to place for a quiet weekend.

This Paul's is the best in town. They have great lunch sets and the staff is attentive. One of those places that will accommodate most requests

The weekday lunch deal at Takashimaya was attractive and the interior was nice. However, their kitchen was understaffed on the day we went & it took a while for the fish main dish to be ready.

Lovely place but don’t sit near to the window in the morning as it may be quite hot. The omelette was great! Good place to go for a relaxing breakfast.

It was during a public holiday so the restaurant was busy but overall experience was fine. Food and drinks were okay though can be more comparable to Paul in France.

Opens early from the morning with the morning menu. Very convenient location to have a break after shopping. Also they are kids friendly and have good service.

the waitress forgot about my order and let me waited for 20 mins. Service was not attentive . No water was served while waiting for the food.

My first time dining at Paul. I was not impressed with the overall experience. The service was not attentive and the food was not amazing.

The waitress could have been a little more well informed about the menu. Other than that , all of us found our experience there an enjoyable one.

Their menu is really extensive. So much to choose from and reasonably priced considering the premium location. I'm slowly eating my way through the menu.

Went there for lunch. Food was great. Service not so much. Too few personnel waiting tables and had to wait a while for anything we requested.

The place is kind of under staff. Some times have to wait a while before a server notice us. Ice water wasn’t refilled. And next table is abit too close.

I am rather impressed by the level of attentiveness given by each serving staff. Rather professional for a causal dining in experience. Food-wise, decent but nothing near impressive.

Casual and nice place to catch up with friends. Easily accessible at Ngee Ann City. Overall food and service is good. Recommended for weekday evening catchups as it is not so crowded.

It is a busy afternoon. I appreciate the manager is very hardworking in clearing up the table fast so that the queuing customers are able to get seated. The brunch is excellent and it is value for money. Pleasant experiences and we will definitely be back.

Food was good, we ordered two mains & desserts. Environment was quiet and cosy, good for small, intimate gatherings. Service was prompt and quite efficient
