Have a pleasant lunch experience . Nice environment, the waitress are very attentive, polite fast respond. In addition, the food nice presentation and taste good.
Nice ambiance and a good menu. Broccoli salads starter and mango desert came out better than the BBQ chicken and lamb mains but overall was good. Friendly service. Came to around $100 per head including a glass of wine.
Great food here! The lamb was excellent. It's even better with a discount through the Entertainer. Very good fusion cuisine using fresh ingredients locally available.
Very nice environment and good food. Service is top notch as well. Will definitely recommend this to friends. Well done team! I will love to visit Open Farm Community again.
Cafe was pretty crowded on a weekend, food is on the expensive end but interesting variety. Pretty decoration and nice for a weekend brunch place
Book in advance to avoid disappointment! The quality of the food was there but its definitely too pricey for the portion you are getting. Worth a try though.
Some interesting food but a bit pricey. Will be better with some interactive games or hands on to keep the children occupied. Overall a good experience. Minimum 1 order per pax.
Our party of 4 enjoyed the lovely ambiance, the very efficient service and the delicious cuisine - for a date or a group of friends, highly recommended.
Waiting time for the food is very Long.. food is good..environment is good. Nice place to chill..will visit it again.. although food is abit expensive but it still affordable. Thank you.
The food was delicious, as well as the wine we had. We had to wait a while as the restaurant was quite packed. However the service was commendable.
Food is good but unfortunately, service was lacking. Poor service. Bill was presented at least 10 mins before table was due. A pleasant start but poor ending.
The food was ok, there was No set menu so we asked the waitress about the size of the Main course. She said it was small portions. We all four decided to take a main course and ordered some extra vegetables. This to avoid paying for two courses each. The size of the main courses was fine so we felt she had tried to make us buy more. All in all the food taste very good, but the wine is really far too expensive. Would you allow people to bring their own wine? Then we would come more often.
The service is very friendly and open to special request. Eating outside is a very nice experience as it is not noisy and you enjoy some nice fragrance coming from the garden. I really appreciated the snapper and the soups are delicious .
Overall concept was interesting as their products are fresh and a fusion between western and local food in their dishes. Thumbs up for great service! Food wise so so? only?
Delicious food across the board. Very attentive staff has a small play area for little kids outside. Ambiance is good as well. Super nice place for brunch. Book well in advance.
Oasis in a concrete jungle; food was delicious but expensive.
Beautiful environment, attentive host, creative food. Been here a number of times and I will still be back :) Love the daytime better because of the sunlight streaming into the restaurant through its ceiling to floor windows.
We were a group of 4 and had a pleasant night out at the restaurant last evening. For mains, we ordered the lamb shank with couscous, oxtail (albeit a little heavy handed with the salt) with pasta, barramundi and Jurong frog legs (starter as main) and all were good. We ordered 2 desserts to share and the spiced pumpkin cake and lemon tart did not disappoint except for the basil ice cream which was rather uninteresting. Service were attentive but not intrusive. There was a large group of 10 at another table, so noise level was naturally elevated. But altogether it was a pleasant dining experience with good food and company in a relaxed rustic setting.
Food was good. Ambience was excellence. We enjoy the dinner there. Is a beautiful restaurant. i love the open layout whereby guest can look at the Chef at work n detailed arrangement on the food whenis being served.
A little bit overpriced with 5 leaves of lettuce for $17 with some chicken breast. Nonetheless food presentations are pretty but I would say that the dishes are overpriced for their portion.
Enjoyed the ambience at open farm community accompanied with really delicious food which tasted fresh. The only down side is the limited capacity of the restaurant.
Great ambience and great food. Perfect restaurant for a date this Valentine's. Recommend to try their coconut laska barramundi. It's totally worth the money. 👍🏻
Love the atmosphere and concept. Its also pet friendly. The laksa fish dish was really tasty. The staff really friendly and full of smiles. We would love to come again
Great place for kids as there's loads for them to see and do with animals and plants in the surroundings. But service can b improved.
Glad to be back af the OFC - friendly and attentive service, interesting menu and very flavoursome food in an informal yet pleasant setting. Wine by the glass also very nice. Overall not cheap but certainly good value for money - the food really is delicious.
A very delightful evening - serenity and soul-food combined to make it a memorable date night with my husband. Will certainly be back for the amazing watercress soup!
The place is so lovely and the staff very good. We expected more about the food. We thought that the price was a little hight.
Good ambience with outdoor area, hip place, would recommend for brunch or lunch. Restaurant is near to other restaurants in Dempsey area, Tanglin and Botanic Gardens.
Good atmosphere and food. Good proportion of the food. Combination of cuisines are very unique, especially the grouper burger. It would be great if the space are fully utilized
Great menu, great food and wine. Very imaginative and different. Only problem was the noise level which made conversation rather difficult even on a table of four.
Just love the environment here where you can be surrounded by a nice garden with air-con on! The 3 of us have ordered the savory crepe, red grouper burger and 63 degree egg. All the food are very nice especially the savory crepe. The crepe itself is soft and warm. Highlight is the quail eggs. Berry smoothie is also recommended.
Great atmosphere and lovely food - the cocktail bucket we got in particular was really great and worth it. Also love the fusion dishes such as the Thai curry pasta.
I had been before for lunch about 2 months ago . I really enjoyed the high standard and quality of the food . I went again this time in the evening I was very disappointed wth the food . The service was good but the food was far from great . I think it's a place for lunch . It won't be a place I'd choose to go for dinner .
Some of the dishes we ordered were too salty eg. The chicken skin in Chicken roulade and the pickled veg. The gnocchi and mushroom taste was not even.
Attentive service & child friendly. Every plate that was sent out was played beautifully. Great place to bring the kids for the weekend. My son enjoyed walking around the garden & watching the chickens after the meal
Began with a salad with broccoli and feta which was superb. Could have eaten it all night ! Then Risotto, perfectly cooked and very delicious. The staff are friendly and attentive. Will continue to return to OFC.
I chosen a lamb shank which was just nice as my wish
The initial server did not have enough information about the menu. Nothing on the menu that was gluten free except the salad in the vegetarian selection
An open and cozy ambience overlooking greenery . Great place to chill . Had a lemon tart which gives a tangy taste yet not too sweet with a perfect combination of basil ice cream . Would love to go back to try other dishes.
Food: The warm salad is excellent, their new set lunch is good as well. Dessert- the lemon tart & basil ice cream must try! Ambience: It was rather noisy because of hard floor, and glass panels - could hardly hear each other unless you raise your voice a little more than normal. Service: Staff were smiley, attentive & helpful.
