The chilli diced chicken shouldn’t be cut into too small pieces. Can’t really find the chicken coz it’s too small.

Food was delicious, except for the Xiao long bao, skin too thick. We rejected the wet tissues but they charge us even if we use the dry ones. Which is ridiculous. So we took the whole dry tissue with us. 🙄

Tasty and value for money. Medium spicy was a good addictive level and you may break a sweat. Recommended for larger groups to try more dishes.

Easy to locate, servers were attentive, however nothing can save the horrible plate of laziji we had. It was unnecessarily oily and overcooked (chewing it was a nightmare). Bamboo slices was pretty ok. Hongyouchaoshou was below average, bland and soupy. Guess that’s all you can expect of a watery slapped in the middle of a tourist hotspot.

This is my absolutely go-to favorite place for Sichuan food in Singapore. I come by weekly or fortnightly at the very least. I highly recommend these dishes as they are my personal favorites: 沸腾鱼 (double boiled boneless fillet), 虎皮青椒 (sautéed green chilies), 土豆丝 (stir fry shredded potato - order 加麻加辣 extra numbing extra spicy, if you’re up for it), 茄子 (stir fry eggplant), 莴笋 (chinese lettuce). For drinks, try the 寒天柠檬茶 (iced lemon tea, with a twist). Thumbs up to the chef! The service crew are also always friendly and helpful in recommendations. Huge love to this place! Food is always on point :)

2nd time visit - ordered more varieties of dishes and found their cooking general more oily and salty.. We know this is what sichuan food usually will be, but we still prefer it's slightly oily and salty...

Despite reservations was made in advance, they did not prepare the table for us and end up just seated us at level 3 with a table right outside all private room and the kid and house item was mess on the table and the kid was ask to tidy and left immediately. Very clear this is not a usual dining table for guest. The standard of the dishes drop as compare to the 1st time I came. May be is a busy cny Sunday.

Old Chengdu served very good Chongqing Spicy Chicken and French Beans w Minced Pork n Dried Chillies dish. These go very well with their “Submarine Bun” which is big enough for two persons without rice. The last dish we ordered is Spicy Preserved Pork Belly with Leek. Tastes good but very oily. Servings are rather large and service attentive and prompt. However it’s not a wheelchair friendly place.

Authentic sichuan food. price is reasonable too. u can get as cheap as $8 for a small vege dish so u get to try more dish varieties. Recommended grill sea bass, fresh fish and taste good. service is good too. only drawback is their seat is quite packed.

Small portion at a comfortable air conditioned plate. Sauces are better than the dry-ish roasted chicken. Great tasting, top quality chicken rice. Definitely coming back here

Best Sichuan in Singapore. Order the double boiled fish and mapo tofu, food is incredible. If you want a good spicy meal definitely eat here.
