Australian tender whole lamb shank with interesting combination of spices from Karachi, dum cooked with long grain basmati rice, clarified butter, fresh mint in a carefully chosen Bamboo Trunk from India. The ends of the bamboo trunk is wrapped with fresh Banana leaf (high in health benefits) to capture the aroma.
