Will surely visit again for the good food and service
Fast and efficient service. The set lunch is value for money too!
Italian feel and good atmosphere for wine with your love one.
awesome food and the pizza was great. must go location
Good food, enjoyable, nice ambience, will come back again for sure
Food was decent, but not worth the price. Celebrated a birthday for a friend and all they did was give a candle. Disappointing experience
good service and ambience. pasta is a little salty but still tastes good. one for one wine, beer as well
Pretty decent pizza and pasta in the hood. But there are better ones around. Grandmother’s Pie is slightly disappointing. But love the humble cozy design.
it was good! we had the fish and pizza and both were nice
we enjoyed the food here. pasta and pizza was on point.
Not the most attentive service. The waitress spilled my drink on me while attempting to clear the table and i was disappointed they did not offered to pass me another clean napkin. I had to clean up after myself with my own tissues. However, had missed the happy hour drinks by a few minutes as the orders previously placed only included food orders (which was done by happy hour). The manager was gracious & flexible enough to allow my friends & i to order the happy hour drinks still.
Used Burpple for 30% off, so prices were reasonable. Happy hour prices are reasonable too. Would probably visit again during lunch with Burpple for the 1-for-1.
very nice restaurant and service , we visit here regularly. food is authentic
celebrated a friend's birthday, service was great. thank you to the servers for surprising the birthday girl! food was delicious & my friends and i had a wonderful experience at Madrinaa
Atmosphere was great! The truffle fries and crab and lobster ravioli was not bad. Calamari starters was quite bland and tasteless. Service was prompt and pleasant!
The stuff refused to take our voucher. the place doesn't accept credit cards. the food is average and overpriced. the food took long time to arrive and they gave us the wrong wine. now I have to visit it again to redeem the voucher and never come back after that.
A nice setting with good service a good pizza and wine
Has a pleasant evening, food was good, staff efficient and polite, had to take temperature and do all the details for contact tracing. Will come again.
I love this restaurant and the authentic Italian food. The staff are really great and personable which makes me return. :)
Nice place, usually quiet and good for private conversation but more crowded than usually this time, meaning that service was stretched, but still good and very friendly
Good place very good service food usually good. Not Crowded so can talk easily
Good selection, enjoyed the food. I would come back if possible.
Food wise: The pasta, pizza and dessert we had were yummy. The only thing we could pick fault was the rock melon with parma ham - the rock melon was not skinned sufficiently, so the bottom part was on the harder side. Would have preferred if they had cut away the bottom part more. Service wise: Service was good, smiley faces and prompt refill of water. But we informed the service staff of the vouchers we intended to use prior to ordering, and she told us we could utilise them. So we ordered a set lunch and a pizza for sharing. Unfortunately, the server only pointed out at when we asked for the bill that we could not use the vouchers on the set lunch. This was a disappointment. It would have been nice to inform us in advance so we could have chosen ala carte instead.
Food was very forgettable and pricing is too high for this sort of food quality. I would not go there again and all my friends with me concurred.
Good service, great food! will be back again to try more food on the menu :) fantastic if the happy hour can be extended till 9pm though ;)
food quality was good. service was average. staff forgot my beverage order. requested for a birthday candle to be placed on the dessert but was forgotten despite multiple reminders. lunch set menu was not provided up front and only upon request.
Had the baked seafood pasta and a pizza to share. The quality of the food was good and I loved the thin crust pizza. Overall ambience was homely and comfortable. Prices are slightly on the high side tho with each main in the $20s
The food is excellent, order 1 pizza and 1 lasagne. The waiteress is attentive and fast. The ambience is good as well.
2nd time here because of the gluten free pizza. Nice Crust but may have ordered the wrong type as the flavours were a bit of an odd mix. The lamb shank was not soft and flaky enough. The hope would be for no need to use a knife with lamb shank.
Food was ok. Used The Entertainer apps so price wise it's ok too. Nothing exceptional.
Service was excellent but the food was just alright. Nothing exceptional despite all the good reviews I read. Had the mushroom soup 2/5. Vongole 2/5. Bruschetta 3/5. My friend had lamb. He said not the best.
Nice and quiet place hidden in chip bee gardens. Will recommend for families and couples. Lunch sets available which are good for a day to pamper yourself.
Great Italian food, generous portions. I ordered 2 mains (Pizza and Calzone) paired with wine. The option of having gluten-free pizza was definitely a plus.
First time eating at Madrinaa Italiano and I was very impressed with the standard of food served and service provided. Service staff were polite and attentive. Food was great as well. Will definitely be back.
The food is good. Ambience is more suitable for family with children. The pasta is authentic. The service is prompt and good. I would recommend this place.
Pizza was great. The best gluten free in Singapore. And my partner also really enjoyed the regular thin crust pizza too. Not crowded and nice decor.
Food was good but not cheap. Had the crab ravioli which was fantastic, pizza crust was thin and crispy, the Parma ham could have been sliced into halves so it would be easier to eat. The toppings were generous though. Would come back for the pizzas. The spaghetti bolognaise was average.
It was great to have a choice of gluten free options at a restaurant. My Daughter loved being able to choose 'anything she wanted'. They could make pizza, pasta and calamari, all with gluten free flour!
Good value for money set lunch, nice ambience, friendly waiters and quick prompt service. Crab meat pasta with vodka could do with slightly more vodka.
Excellent food! And great service. Will definitely go there again. We had 4 mains amongst 3 of us. My favorite was the pasta with prawns in spicy tomato sauce
