Convenient location and nice ambience. Food was also affordable too.

This was a good venue for a short and informal business discussion with an associate. A nice central whilst being not busy and fairly quiet (for the most part) on a weekday. I believe the cafe is used as the breakfast venue for the adjacent serviced apartments, so it may be busier in the morning; but late morning through to lunch it was quite spacious. The environment is clean, a good amount of natural light, and the service is very friendly and helpful. Pricing was acceptable given the Orchard Road area it is adjacent to. I noticed that several (but not all) of the tables had power sockets handy; the staff were happy for me to stay a while longer to do some work on my laptop after my business meeting. Given this, and aided by the quiet environment, I decided to stay longer to get some work done whilst ordering some food. I noticed I was not the only person doing that. I had a very satisfactory Margaritta pizza. There are a few other vegetarian-friendly items on the menu, but I settled for this due to a promotion. The taste was good, nice and fresh basil and tomato. The base was alright but it is not like its high-end sough dough. The size is only 9‑inch so a bit small, but the promo helped with the pricing. I think without the promo I would have tried one of the salads as they were big. The food did the job and I also got my work tasks for the day completed. The cafe did get noisy for a short while when a family came in with a young child that was growing-up learning to be loud. My headphones (and music) blocked them out until they left. That is not the cafe's fault and compared to other places in Singapore it was very bearable and brief. Overall, I was pleased and relieved to have chosen this venue for my meeting; as well as my decision to subsequently staying longer. If I am in the area again, I will be sure to base my next meeting there too.
