Hi, Just to share and inform you that the management should look into "the plastic cups for hot drinking were truly unsuitable for the newly renovated atmosphere." I suggest can consider getting the glass cups at IKEA are very presentable. Thanks

Feedback for Kintamani Restaurant I visited Kintamani Restaurant on 4th November to celebrate my 62th years birthday, and I would like to express my appreciation for the wonderful experience. The atmosphere was beautiful, the location was perfect, and the food was delicious — especially the wide variety of Western and Indonesian dishes, all so tasty and nicely presented. I chose this restaurant and hotel again because I had been here before and really enjoyed it. I’m glad I came back it was the perfect choice for my birthday celebration. The service staff were very attentive and polite, always clearing the plates promptly and keeping the place clean and tidy. The restaurant was neat, comfortable, and welcoming throughout our visit. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend Kintamani Restaurant to my friends and relatives. Place is spacious but the food choice must be more of Balinese rather than fusion

We did had a good time at the restaurant and the variety of the foods is fine. We will visit again. The staffs are friendly too. The restaurant ambience is clean and fresh caused is just renovated in September.

Love the food and environment, just that the sofa seating was kinda soft, have to seat on the edge to sit properly.

Food was good. But very basic restaurant. All self help making it overpriced.

Personally, I felt the food selection was limited. Nothing special on the food. Food were not promptly replenished. Took at least 10 to 20 mins to rereplenish. Generally, staff were attentive in clearing the used cutlery. Will not visit again. Thank you.

After their new look renovated restaurant, we (6 pax) were so surprised where it lost the uniqueness of Indonesians look but anyway we all enjoyed the food specially the chill crab other then tat there wasn’t anymore satays like the last time . Crews were very polite/helpful & very nice alwys can see the smiles on theirs faces . We all like to compliment a crew member who was so hardworking n putting up a very beautiful smile on her face like she really enjoying watching she is doing n she also showed enthusiastic in her work hope she will b recognised for the job she is doing. We called out to her n asked abt her n she did came over to our table n chat with us for a minute n her name was HONG LAY she is the F&B crew member . Overall 8.5/10 will come again wit others next time . Hope to have more varieties like the old Kintamani ambience

It's near to mrt, walkable from the station The foods and desserts are nice. I like their prawns, very fresh.

The foods is pretty good and quite a number of varieties. Service Crews are polite and helpful.

Love the embiance.. varieties of food was marvellous. Always top up their food..should just check on the drinks areas notice some ants 🐜 moving around. Overall satisfying.

Some of the side dishes that we’ve ordered are late. The lobster’s left uneaten because it’s not fresh at all. We went for both Buffet and ordered some side dishes. A little disappointing but okay. Placing a reservation was easy and good.

The food choice are good. My kids loved the seafood section. The sashimi is also superb. I loved the soup kambing. Duck and lamb kinda too dry for my liking but overall... I enjoyed the food!
