Food is good but wait time a bit long. Waitress did warn us. Easy casual lunch place

I like the spread of food and quality of food. Also, the new renovated place looks nice. Furthermore there is a playground at the hotel lobby for kids to play.

I went there specifically for the crabs but unfortunately they were already gone by the time I arrived- only the pincers were left and they hadn’t been refilled . So I wasn’t able to get any

It was okay. Some staff were friendly, some just probably had a bad day. Was sad that I didn’t get to eat Gulai Kalio coz it wasn’t on the menu. My bad, should’ve called and checked. Anyway I like this place so I’ll come back.

The food was fantastic & delicious but not much variety though for lunch. Wishes there was more. But the price is reasonable so will definitely come again.

The staff did a great job. Efficient in overall aspect of service delivery. The lady cashier was also efficient. The food were quickly replenished

We didn't like the new ambience as it does not match the Kintanmani branding, which serves Indonesian cuisines. Food choices were limited, so I can just fill up the plate and return for second serving. Desserts choices limited too. It was supposedly to be Mother's dinner but we didn't enjoy it. Plus, the restaurant was super noisy. May not return in future.

Hospitality from crew members were amazing but food was too sweet and salt. I know it’s the typical Indonesian cuisines but can try offering with both less sugar and less salt options together for a while and then stick to diners choices. Also juice options could have been better.

Buffet style - plenty of choice and was constantly being restocked. Could not have gone home hungry

Came here with a group of friends for gathering. The restaurant served a varieties of authentic Indo cuisine and my Indonesian friend love it as much as I do. Will revisit again.

With the Maybank card 1 for 1 offer makes it worth for this buffet . Enjoyed the food with many selections not just indo choice .

Family dining reservation but weirdly, the restaurant split us into 2 tables - 4 & 5. So, the dining experience was not on a good start. Variety wise ok.. taste wise some dishes good, some meh.. compared to the old kintamani, i felt that was way better. Nevertheless, the new reno made the space appear bigger and spacious.

The service was terrible and the food was awful. I would not recommend

The spread for iftar was normal. Missed the dining ambience of old Kintamani. There were no satay, gado gado and other Balinese dishes.

The place look brighter then last year. Last year food range is better then this year. Last year more variety of food then this year.

As usual, buffet was good.. Service was even great, especially to the aunty who is so efficient.. Shes so hardworking & friendly too.. Compliment her for the enthusiasm in doing her job.. Sorry i never managed to get her name, but shes the only Chinese lady for that night.. Slim lady, jovial & friendly.. Greeting customers & fast clearing soiled plates.. Thumbs up to her.. Being in the midst of Ramadan, it is interesting that the broadcast is available for her dining guests ! The layout for the spread has changed and it’s cosy with better flow ! Used plates collection is very efficient! Keep it up ! Sashimi- salmon is a bit slow in replacement! Lamb (mutton) in the byriani was replenished fast !

I have went to Kintamani countless times before the renovation. The new renovation is great and awesome. Bright and cozy. Food are great too! If have mantou for the chilli crab would be awesome. Could be slightly better on the dessert. Some of the dessert slightly tasteless. Eg. Pengat durian and putri salat. Other than that, its awesome!

Went there because there are not many halal restaurants around that area. We had ala carte although there were many patrons of the buffet. The food was ok but the ambience can be improved.

I recently visited Kintamani after their renovation, and I must say the revamped interior is absolutely stunning! The space feels refreshingly clean and spacious, making for a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into the design, creating a perfect setting to enjoy a meal. As always, the food was nothing short of amazing. Every dish was packed with rich flavors. I especially loved the Ikan Bakar — the grilled fish was perfectly cooked, with a smoky, flavorful char and just the right balance of spices. It’s definitely a must-try! Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience, and I’ll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for delicious Indonesian cuisine in a beautiful setting!

The buffet offer is disappointing. Limited selection of Indonesian food, unlike previous offer.

The selection of food was limited, but the service was quick and excellent. The relaxing ambiance made it a pleasant dining experience overall. However, the prayer room for Muslims is too small, and a separate room for male and female congregations would be much appreciated.

The service was good despite they were short handed. The food was at room temperature. It would be good if it was warmer. The seafood was tasteless though fresh. Thank you for the good service.

More varieties and desserts for children would be great for the young.

The chef should separate the cooking of the mutton/lamb stew from the beef rendang - i.e. separate utensils, pots, etc. The beef rendang had a strong mutton/lamb flavour which made the beef rendang taste very different. (The music was too loud, which made conversation a challenge.)

Absolutely loved it! Great food and great atmosphere. We will definitely visit this restaurant again.
