Lesser variety, no manpower to clear the plates,customer we had to take the plates to the tray. The food was not food they got too cold. Drinks and desserts was less also.

Food is generally still good; but variety wise is not as elaborate as before. Wish to see more and better variety in future. 😊

No longer serving the Kintamami Indonesia buffet. Instead just an ordinary international buffet in disguise

While some of the food was great, notably the laksa, sambal and durian pengat, Kintamani lacks the variety. It didn’t feel very Indonesian. They should bring back popular Indonesian food like avocado drink/dessert, cold dessert, tahu telur, nasi kunyet, ayam geprek and various goreng etc. the food layout was also a miss. We had a hard time going around and finding food for instance rice to pair with the lauk. Also the fact that they placed the ayam bakar near the dessert was questionable. It didn’t feel like a smooth layout. They should bring back the old menu and perhaps switch it up a bit. Appreciate the seafood although it felt rubbery. Drinks and desserts were less sweet which was appreciated. Laksa was missing some condiments like tofu. Some guests especially foreigners were unsure what to pair with what and they should add placements for guests to read. No ambience of an indo restaurant.looks like a university dining hall. buffet line was like corporate lunch function, go to Indochilli nearby n food is more delicious!

Food are enjoyable and delicious for all ages. Very friendly staff. I will highly recommend this restaurant.

Most dishes were delicious! Just that some were not refilled when emptied. Tables were too close for comfort though. Service was prompt, will return again!

The staff are friendly and helpful. Always smiling and promt in clearing the table. Love the taste and wide selections of food. Despite it is in the 1 of the ballroom due to the actual restaurant under renovation, the ambience is quite pleasant. Very happy and would love to return again :) ❤️

Overall Good, but without senior discounts not worth the money. The small crayfish was too tiny that they have hardly any meat. A better option would be replacing it with prawns. The crabs were good, but we (5 people) had to share one pair of scissors. Both chicken dishes were roasted when one could be made into curry as some of us do not take beef or mutton. The durian pudding was nice, but the red fruit cocktail was way too sweet as most Singaporeans have now got used to less sweet deserts. Service was pretty bad or non existent. No one knows if there was coffee or tea served until we saw some coffee machines outside the restaurant.

Very pleasant dining experience. Booking was easy. Food was amazing. Very nice vibe to the restaurant. Will definitely come again.

The restaurant had turned into a mass eating place in the hotel ballroom, for tour groups. It was horrible. Had to leave before we even started.

Cosy atmosphere with good authentic Indonesian food. The soup and mee Siam were yummy. Roast beef was so tender!

The waitress was too quick to clear our plates. While I went off to help a little boy to get some food, she took my plate, which had 3/4 of the food I was still eating, away.

Upon arrival , the lady who lead me to the table wasn’t in a good mood, probably it was a busy time and limited manpower . The buffer spread wasn’t fantastic but the quality made up for it , the Soy Ayam ( chicken soup ) was good, sayor Loday was good too and the fish was excellent Overall experience was good except for the grumpy elder lady who I notice didn’t have a smile on her face thoughtout my dinning visit

Food taste generally has improved. Love the beef rendang & ribeye steak, not forgetting chilli crab. Hope the chairs can be upholstered at least it looks clean🙇🏼 Service staff is good and polite. Good job. Thanks for the birthday slice of cake. Hope the staff can sing or play birthday song with some musical instruments to brighten up the Day & restaurant like most American restaurants. This brings lots of meaning and change the ambience of the restaurant. Food for thoughts.

Was given an e voucher with package clearly says buffet or set Western meal was told have to eat waterfall lounge took all 9 of us there not allowed worsetcexpierience very embarrassing

My request for accessible seating for 2 seniors on wheelchairs was not looked into as they assigned us seats so much further from the buffet table. The service staff were also not in sight to help clear our plates quickly that we had to leave them onto a clean table. What made it worse is that, 2 of us developed diarrhoea during the night. First time and will be out last!

The service and food variety should be improved. It is okay but not great.

Good food and nice surrounding atmosphere to have lunch with love one.

There are private events held in the restaurant during my lunch hour. The reservation is useful for a confirmed large table and hearty meals. The table is at the breakfast area next to the buffet area. I have a pleasant day and the restaurant provides a good variety of Indonesian crusine.

Food and type of dishes/ spread was decent. Would recommend to try.

Food is delicious, range is good, staff is courteous and attentive, overall a pleasant evening. 30% for seniors top it!

Overall, it was a pleasant buffet lunch for the eight of us. We liked the spread of delicious food. It was nice to have soft drinks, tea and coffee included. The durian paste was rather disappointing. Our plates were replaced continuously for us to enjoy the various food items and desserts conveniently. Thank you for the service.

A little overpriced.. Daging Sapi Rendang is a little tough on the meat

A very small and cosy dining area. Good service and a decent spread of food. Food was great. Extremely worth for the special discount offered.

Restraunt was inside furama riverfront hotel. They opened up a function call to cater to the crowd so we needed to walk abit to the buffet spread area but it wasn't as noisy. Food was really good. Crab, prawn, crayfish, oysters, kways, beef, mutton. Delicious spread at an affordable price. There was a seniors discount and young toddlers didn't need to pay. I enjoyed my dinner there.

The restaurant is very cramp. Too many people and lack of waiter/waitresses. The ambient is very poor. Given my a choice, I wouldn’t want to visit the restaurant anymore. Lack of service quality. I don’t mind to pay but I would prefer an excellent service. Thanks!

Place was little small and it would have good if there is a little more spacing between other tables during family seating.

The staffs were really helpful and assisting us despite the crowd. The food was nice. Only concern the unavailability of cups for drinks abit late to topped up. Overall great experience

Kintamani never disappoint. My family and I have been visiting Kintamani for our family gathering. The food is delicious and the service is great. I will always go back to Kintamani each year.
