The service was excellent. The food was of quality ingredients. I would highly recommend the chawanmushi with truffle and the unagi claypot rice.

Great food. 3rd visit, we loved to sit at the counter but yesterday the staff gave our orders to another customer. Feedback to one staff who went away not doing anything. Need to highlight to another staff before we got our orders. Not expecting this kind of service form Jinjo.

Food was great although portions were on the smaller side. Probably better for couples than a big group. Atmosphere is cosy and nice.

Pretty short handed staff and the attentiveness is poor leading to forgotten orders and late orders. Not worth the money even though admittedly food is good.

Food is really delicious. Staff service is very prompt. The only complaint is the smell of the restaurant. We went in slightly before 6.30pm and they were just opened for dinner patrons. The restaurant smelled like the restroom on the same level.

Overall the food was great and the service was excellent. The only food which could be better was the pork jowl which was bit dry.

The food and atmosphere was good. I especially liked the pot rice with fish though it needs more fish in it. A bit overpriced for the quality of food. Service is attentive

Great food, very friendly staff. The selection of Yakitori might come across as a little limited, but that's more than made up for by the rice and noodles/soup dishes. Definitely recommend the DoNabe (rice) dishes.

Food was excellent! Bit on the pricier end but worth it for a special occasion. Ambience was also great - I did not manage to try the rice bowl but those look like they could be more filling and worth the money.

Everything was great until our latest order. We waited approximatley 20mins, and the order wasn’t served. We decided to call the bill and apparently, they forgotten about it as it wasn’t charged. Customers expect the service providers to be the one tracking our orders, not the other way round. The more I think about it, the more disappointing it gets.

Good quality food with a wide selection of sake. Highly recommended dishes are beef tongue, chicken neck, sweet potato, mono fish liver and rice cook with truffle.

Great service staff but lack lustre food. Perhaps I had high expectations as Jinjo is part of the Les Amis Group. My gripe is more about the quality of the produce being used rather than the taste or the cooking. However, this fact is also reflected in the reasonable pricing. A convivial place for drinks & bites.

Excellent food, excellent service! Had a birthday dinner celebration with gal friends. Even ordered some tarts from TARTE next door and ate at the restaurant. The ambience was casual and hip. Great evening!

Very unjapanese! I can't believe the Les Amis Group produced something that bad. Staff were clumsy and green. If you are japanese, or know real japanese food, I recommend you avoid this place.

Service standards are high.. food standards have dropped some. The gyutan wasn’t as fine as the first time I ate there. They didn’t cut it as well this time. Yakitori was a tad over salty. All time outstanding dish was grilled nodoguro

staff were attentive and enthusiastic, the entrees on the menu are on the pricey side ( not enough options ). The claypot rice, which I believe is supposed to be a menu highlight, was tad too wet for my liking and given that it ranges from $38-48 for 2-3 pax, I feel that should not disappoint. we will return to give it another try though!

The food was very good but it was quite pricey as well. The restaurant has a nice ambience and the service was good except that we waited unusually long for the ramen and udon which we ordered for our kids. It will be good for the restaurant to improve on the waiting time for these items.

Staffs are very nice and attentive. The raw oyster is fresh. Soup ramen with chicken stock and truffles steam rice are tasty. Unfortunately, we didn’t got a chance to try the snow crab. We will visit again and try.
