Tucked away in the second floor of Shaw Centre, the menu celebrates Japanese charcoal-grilling mastery through a prefecture focused menu – black throat sea perch from Ishikawa (Nodoguro), Miyazaki-style chicken neck (Seseri), fresh oyster from Hiroshima (Kaki), king crab leg from Hokkaido (Tarabagani), sweet leeks from Gunma (Negi), garlic from Aomori (Ninniku); and sweet potato (Satsuma-Imo) harvested in Chiba for Spring and Summer, and in Okinawa for Autumn and Winter– just so that diners get the best flavours of the season.
