Jamie's Italian - Vivo City

My wife's starter was cold, sent it back, my steak was not very hot, the place was freezing cold, the fans must be on max, I commented to staff to be told that next time to ask for a blanket !!!

Food and service was good . Might come back one day .

Service was just ok. Food is good, had the famous prawn liguine and the parma pizza, both are good. My second visit to this restaurant, will return for good italian food

First time in Jamie's Italian, nice deco and friendly staff, food are excellent especially the desserts, we had Panna cotta, chocolate lava and Tiramisu, they are all yum.

Good child friendly environment. My daughter loves the colour pencils available for children. Good food as well plus it's spacious so it's an obvious choice for families.

Pasta was not bad but pricey. Had the entertainer 1-for-1, otherwise it wouldn’t be worth it. Service was good though, staff seemed experienced and well trained. Without any discounts, I wouldn’t really recommend it.

The environment at Jamie's Italian was laid back and casual, great for family and friends gathering. Food was good - we had the Parma ham pizza; spicy meatball pizza, lasagna and bolognese pasta.

Awesome experience overall, staffs are friendly and they provided a scarf upon request. Jamie's steak and chocolate lava molten cake taste great! I will go back again next time.

Nice environment, food is tasty and fresh though price slightly on the higher side. Service is quick but lack attentiveness when gets really busy. Will return especially for special occasions or events.

Food was yumz! Love the ambience - try to get a table with a view of the harbour. Had the Prawn Linguine - portion was quite large. Will consider getting the smaller portion next time. Done-ness for the Italian Steak and Fries was managed perfectly. Will come back again :)

Ambiance & service was good, but unfortunately the food was certainly not worth the amount spent. We were definitely expecting more for a celebrity restaurant.

Great food but would be good to see more vegetarian mains. Starters offered a good choice and were really tastey. Lovely atmosphere, really enjoyed. Recommended for families.

love the ambience. The service staff is friendly. Tasty Italian food - the pizza crust was well done and the prawn linguine was my favourite. The burger's patty could be better though- the meat was a bit dry.

The Italian nachos were great. The seasonal ribeye (not on regular menu) was good tasting. The clams linguini was just average - thought the pasta was tad hard and not al dente. Overall good experience.

great ambience and prompt service, but food can be better

Great lovely ambience, good food, wonderful service! The staffs went round tables all night presenting cakes to birthday babies and singing birthday songs! My best friend was truly blessed and happy with the birthday evening treat.

Decent food although not very impressed with starters value for money. Great place for kids, with a drawing/stickers package! Id also prefer it 5 degrees warmer In the restaurant, we had to ask for blankets

This is the 3rd time we had our Xmas lunch at Jamie's, taste/quality of food are consistently great! We enjoyed it!

Hi, this is my 2nd time visit @ vivo outlet. Overall experience not bad. As for food,i think the pizza and prawn pasta quite nice. I believe i will be back soon :)

The food, staffs and experience was good that day. Good ambienece for Valentine's Day. I got Jamie's Italian burger and prawn linguine and total cost was $65.

Average food. We ordered the ribeye and superfood salad at vivo outlet - food was ok, nothing spectacular. Will visit again to try other items.

Food is nice and unique but the price are on high side. The choice of the dishes are limited. Overall I think is a good experience.

Service very slow, one main late and was cold. Kept trying to push an expensive Christmas menu and had a very limited a la carte. Disappointing

It was a get together with my friends. The ambience was great, with a sea view through the glass planel. Service was good, food was average.

The restaurant has a nice ambience with a view of sentosa if you sit in the outdoor area. The food is good but not fantastic.

They should improve on the kids menu. The chicken lollipop is tasteless and does not look appetizing. Plank menus are good, great for sharing and quite affordable.

We had 3 starters, 2 pizzas and 1 pasta for sharing among the 5 of us. The pizzas are big enough for 2 persons. Always like their calamari and mushroom risotto. Would have loved to see more risotto options in future.

My son and I enjoyed the food and were very happy with the ambiance. What I like about the service was that the personnel were attentive to our needs and were genuinely interested seeking feedback on food quality, but they were not intrusive. Great as usual!

Friendly service staff, though many times it was difficult to get their attention. One for one drinks available before 7 pm, which was quite worth it

Jamie's standard ambience and service is present, but pity the food quality is absent. Even without carrying the Jamie's brand, the food quality is no where near the abundant of average Italian eateries.

The pasta is delicious. It is cooked just right. The ambience is good. Where i sit, i can oversee the resort world sentosa. Saw some laser works.

The pasta was very good but pizza can be much better. Made a reservation at early evening so it was not crowded, service was good.

Jamie's serves good, consistent Italian fare. Service was patchy and a bit cheerless though. Rustic decor with a good view of the harbor from the restaurant.

Only dish that did not meet my expectation was the crispy squid whiches turned out to be rubbery and not crispy at all. I hope the kitchen does something to the way it was prepared.

Good lunch set offers of $21 for 2 courses or $29 for 3 courses. Food is of mixed quality. Restaurant was crowded during lunch on Friday so reservation is highly recommended.

Great Food, Great ambience. Would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for good Italian food to try out this place. They serve great pasta, pizzas and their steak is great too!

After booking the reservation on Quandoo, Jamie's staff called me the next day to verify the booking made. So I knew my booking is valid,,, The food and environment @ Jamie's Italian Vivocity is great as usual.. we had the Pizza, Pasta and Kid's Lollipop chicken...
