The place was a nice place to visit with the outdoor seats, good views in the evening for dinner as well. Price was a little steep but still okay, service was good. Not much to complain about , all is good.
Great food, good ambience but too costly. We used entertainer
a good environment for lunch that is not crowded during lunchtime
Food was nice. Service was good except that they were in too much a hurry to keep clearing e plate when we weren't ready.
Too little waiters, had to wait quite a while before we have the attention of the waiters. Overall it was good, had a big round table for 8 person.
Smells like mold in restaurant .. Takes too much time to order, serving food and they did not give me the fork even though the food come .. not kind employees and so bad experience The food is not a Italian it was a kind of Chinese ...
The kids pizzas were burnt so we sent them back. The waitress spoke poor English and we couldn’t understand her. Noise levels were very high in the restaurant. Service was slow and inconsistent.
As usual, a great place to have lunch at Vivo City where it is not crowded
food was ok but nothing to wow about. it's an experience though.
A good place for lunch during the weekday as it is not as crowded as other restaurants
Had a little bad experience there. Prawn linguine was not what I expected but truffle pasta was good.
It's an ideal place to have a small gathering with friends.
Excellent food and great service .. specially pasta and Pizza
Food was fresh and authentic from herb gardens nice to know
Nice food!!! And we really enjoyed pizza and pasta and starter. !!!! Good atmosphere.
We love their pastas, starters and atmosphere of the restaurant.
Jamie's Italian isn't somewhere that I feel that price we're paying is justifiable with the type of service we get and the type of food as well. Food has always been subpar but thought that after not dining there for years, it would have improved? Probably the best thing was the sides, the mains don't even bother. Their service, don't even need to think about it. Went there during lunch where there wasn't much crowd, they could still screw up our orders, forget out orders, mix up on coffee and best under-charged us. Tried to tell them that we were undercharged but before we could finish what we wanted to say, they brushed us off a grand total of 3 times.
The prawn pasta is a disappointment as frozen prawns were used. For other restaurants, this might not be an issue, but for Jaimie's Italian, this seems rather at odds with his philosophy of serving fresh food.
Ordered the lamb kheema pizza (part of national day special), which was pretty good, though they could be a little more generous with the toppings. Service was top-notch and attentive!
I came using entertainer 1 for 1. So it’s really worth it. I always visit Jamie Italian so as usual, food is good, portion is just nice for me and service staffs are attentive. Atmosphere is really nice to chill out with friends after a Long day of work.
Staff were polite and usually attentive. Noise levels were okay probably because it was a weeknight. Food took longer than usual to arrive even though the restaurant was about 50% empty. Our appetizers arrived after our mains. They placed us near the kitchen and we could feel some of the heat during our meal which was not desirable.
Delicious food, good service and nice atmosphere to have a glass of wine and amazing food with friends 😊😊
a nice place for lunch as the view is good and not very crowded
The salad wrap was rancid and not fresh. Disappointing for a JO restaurant.
Food used to be much better at Jamies in the past, taste needs to catch up. Not sure if the chefs have changed in recent months. We found a strand of hair in our veg plank starter! The manager was kind enough to come down and apologize though when I went and told their staff about this.
Good service and good food! Will come back again for more
Great atmosphere with a great view. Very kid friendly too!
Pizza is good! As for pasta, abit hard and I requested to cook slightly longer. Gathering place for family and friends :)
Food was quite pricey and wasn’t great. Could have been a lot better.
Staff were polite and attentive. Our food took a while to arrive perhaps because we ordered items that required a longer time to prepare. We were seated too close to the next table - it was difficult to hold a conversation without raising our voices, and we could easily hear our neighbours’ conversations since they were raising their voices too. Would suggest that Jamie’s Italian staff relook their table arrangement for a more conducive environment to dine and chat.
Open kitchen concept is good. Like the view outside also
Food and service was very good. Polenta potatoes with the fish were a bit strange - thinner polenta chips would have been nicer. One problem: it was FREEZING in the restaurant which meant we struggled to relax and enjoy our meal properly. We were kindly moved closer to the kitchen where it wasn’t quite so cold but it was still uncomfortable - annoying thing about restaurants in malls! Not sure I’d go again because of that.
food was decent, looking forward for more choices of food at the restaurant
Food was okay. There was a Mother’s Day offer which was good. Cocktails on the pricey side.
Food is great as always but service was slower than usual. They were under staffed which affects customer service drastically. Our table was split between 3 servers. We’re regulars at Jamie’s and so was able to over look it this time. One thing though, their white wine is always warm. We always order by the bottle but have to wait until our meals arrive before it cools off slightly in an ice bucket. Please cool your wines!
A unique experience in the midst of burstling city. Like the food.
great place for a good gathering with friends and family
Good food and good ambience. not many people. timely meal after museum
Staff were polite, waiting time for food was reasonable. Would be better if they had readily offered fresh ground pepper to go with the pasta.
Food was good, but somehow expected more. Pannacotta was far too sweet. Needs an acidic coulis, not a sweet jam on top.
Food is good. Open kitchen concept. Good ambience. Great location. Can have window view.
The food serving took so long to arrive, and very hardly to call the attendant for request
Nice ambience and great food. Pasta and Pizza are awesome!
Great first visit. I really enjoyed it very much too
Food was ok. Price was a bit pricey. Hard to get the attention for service.
Went on a weekday and the restaurant was surprisingly crowded. Tried Jamie’s burger which we liked better than the pastas but thought it was too small a burger for $40+
Tried the pollo pizza and it was not too bad. Food is generally expensive considering the portions served.
The truffle shuffle pizza is better than carbonara. Overall good food worth it with Entertainer
Nice place to enjoy your meal, little bit pricey, but that dish presentation and ambience makes up for it. The service could definitely be improved, staff were understaffed
For friend’s birthday. Food was disappointed, not as good as expectation
