Jamie's Italian - Vivo City

Understaffed and chaotic appearance with many tables not cleaned up. AC too cold. Food was good.

Food is expensive and average. Ambience is average. Probably not going back again

There wasnt a proper queue system for customers who made reservation to queue and had to somehow find a way to intercept the waitress to inform about the reservation. Food was also just average with a pizza that i ordered that is harder than normal. Not quite sure if i will return to the restaurant again in the near future.

Atmosphere is quite noisy. Food is average while costly. I doubt I will come back again. If they could offer more economic prices then it would be good

The dishes are well executed. Love the taste. Service is attentive. Ambience is nice too. A great place to chill & chit chat. Highly recommended.

The restaurant was about half-filled but we had to wait for some time before the food arrived. The portions were not very large. Pizza was a tad salty. Pasta was delicious

Had the carbonara pizza which the dinner party felt was extremely salty, probably due to the crispy bacon. Pasta dish felt better. The service staff was helpful.

Service was decent but could be better. My appetiser (garlic bread) was served without serving plates so we ended up with cheese, bread crumbs and thyme all over the table. Chicken Casarecce tastes great but wayyyyy too oily - there was 2 big tablespoons of oil left after I'm down with the pasta. Gennaro's Tagliatelle Bolognese strangely disappoints with a lack in flavour. Would visit again to give it another try using Entertainer but probably not if without.

Good atmosphere during a dinner in December. Service was good. Prices are not cheap for a casual restaurant but having the Entertainer discount helped. Good for small group gatherings.

Service staff were friendly, food was good value with entertainer app, ambience is nice for a chill out session with friends. Truffle pizza was yummy!

Great place, great ambience, great staff. A dining experience to be recommended to Italian food lovers. Their pasta is done al dente and the portions are pretty decent.

Foods are great for sharing. Staff were busy at dinner time, overall we have good experience.

We ordered the large pasta at Jamie's Italian, the portion was big and filling for the large portion. It is overall a very spacious restaurant with nice warm ambience.

Service was slow and staff was not friendly. They didn’t let us choose our table although half the restaurant was empty. Very disappointed on this visit.

Food was reasonably good service was good but last part billing had some issues . Lunch crowd was scarce so very good for business lunch Had 1 for 1 with entertainer app.

Service was prompt and good, friendly staff. However, much to our disappointment, the food was lacklustre and not worth the price. We've dined in Jamie's Italian restaurants overseas and the quality of food in the Singapore restaurant pales in comparison.

Nice ambience, service staffs are attentive. Food wise: the menu is interesting while the taste itself is decent but not 'wow'. Prices are on a relatively high side. Overall good to go once but not regularly.

My family of 3 took the lunch together. The environment and service is good. The food is ok only, for the price. We may consider to go back again.

Nice restaurant, good service - get a table by the sea.

The food was good. The staff helpful and friendly. The restaurant was so cold, the staff had no control of adjusting the air con. The waitress gave us shawls to wrap around us whilst we ate.

Ambience was good and service was fast. Ordered a mushroom truffle pizza whose crust tasted more like biscuits more than bread but i really liked, and their signature prawn linguine. The linguine was pretty special, with a tomato base, but with a unique taste, like you can really taste the herbs and effort put into it.

Service was great. Met a waitress, named Liean (not too sure if it's spelt correctly) made the evening a lot better. Food wise could have been better. Pasta was a tad too hard and not rolled out evenly. The patty of the burger is cooked well. overall, ambience is good, service great, food can be improved.

Food quality is generally good at Jamie's. Burata salad starter has good tomatoes though had tasted better burata elsewhere. Tuna steak n mushroom pasta were both excellent. Food is slightly overpriced though we had a good view of sentosa. Restaurant style is casual bistro and i had a young couple next to us taking off their shoes. For such casualness, the price doesn't justify.

The service and environment is good for catching up with friends. The Pork Chop is too tough for my liking, but their pastas and pizza are worth ordering.

Food was a disappointment for My guests and I have Eaten a lot better elsewhere at less branded places. Steak was dry. The pasta was very ordinary bordering on too much tomato. My guests left most of the food uneaten. Only the plank was different and good

Did they change the menu again? The lamb chops were nice, very nice. But do stay away if you're not a tolerating person towards non-Chinese service staff.

The pastas were good as usual, but the burrata that we ordered as a starter was quite small for a price of $15.90. Overall, an ok experience.

Good food and great service. Went there to surprise my bf for vday and had strange requests like keeping my credit card and such and they were happy to cater to my request. The food is really worth the price range , since they use quality ingredients

Ordered the 2-course set lunch, had a sea bass and soup of the day. The soup of the day was mushroom soup served a rather big piece of focaccia. The sea bass was very fresh! Highly recommended to try if you can spare some time during weekdays lunch.

Average taste for the price of the food. I've honestly had better sea bass before. The soup was recommended and definitely good. But for the price, I expected better.

Great service and wonderful food. Loved the truffle shuffle pizza! We do hope the truffle risotto will make a come back

Overpriced food for the quality. Parma ham pizza was average and looked kinda sad with a few limp rocket leaf on it, Spizza is better anytime. Squid and Nachos were ok but nothing to shout about. Service was almost non existent. Bored looking wait staff took our order and throughout the night no one checked on us and had to wave staff over a couple of times to get water refilled. Will not return.

We were tucked at a corner of the restaurants but food was great and staff were very attentive. Nice ambience too. Will definitely be back again!

Great food,ambience. Love the tiramisu and Bolognese. The service staff was great too. Friendly and efficient. Great selection of the Christmas menu. Try the steak it has an Asian twist.

Great food and ambience. The festive set lunch was a clear winner as you get a welcome drink plus a $10 voucher for your next visit.

The service is gd & the ambience is nice. Location is convenient & restaurant has a nice view of the harbour .Menu variety could improve though

Food overall was disappointing. Portion was small for the price of the pasta that we ordered. Atmosphere was too noisy and not ideal enough for us to enjoy our food. Taste of the food was not great and definitely will not be going back there

Overall experience is wonderful. Food served is tasty and price is reasonable. Waiter and waitress is also attentive .Will drop by again to try on other food .

San, the staff who served us is knowledgeable and recommend the right dishes for us. She regularly came by our table to enquire if everything was okay.

The food was very delicious and the portions were generous. Service staff were great in giving recommendations and were friendly and prompt. They made a lovely effort to arrange for chocolate wordings with cake, on a huge platter, singing happy birthday to the birthday girl. A wonderfully experience!

The lightings inside the restaurant can be increased as i find it's too dim. Makes it hard to have a good visual experience inside the restaurant.

We wanted to give this a try Average food given the price We had the porcini tagletelle and fish and chips, kids meal pizza and chicken lollipops. Portions were decent. Fish and chips was the best of the lot. Pasta was sorely disappointing. Drinks were exorbitant. Service was fine.

Ambience is very casual and relaxed, food was decent with a generous portion, and the service was absolutely fantastic! Price wise might be a little on the high side, but I wouldn't mind going back again for the experience!

The food were better than average, the price is reasonable. We called one day before our dinner to inform that we are celebrating a birthday and was told by the restaurant's staff that there will be complimentary dessert for the birthday person. But when we were at the restaurant, we were being informed that there would be a complimentary dessert. Is not really a big issue, but just hope there is better communication by the staff in the future.
