I went there because of the Citibank promotion (1-for-1 on surf & turf for two pax). The food was exceptional - my party thoroughly enjoyed the grilled items as well as the sides (esp the garlic rice). We left the restaurant very full, and would highly recommend this during the promotion period, otherwise, prices would be quite steep.

Only 2 of us customers at the restaurant on that Sunday. We ordered 2 premium buffets at $70++. Some premium items were not available so it was not value for money.

Generally oK. Only one waitress so cannot expect fast service. Fortunately not many customers that day.

The waitress's service was very good. Even helped us to barbecue the meat as it was our first time there. Pleasant dining experience.

We ordered 1 seafood set and 2 ribeye steaks. They gave us 2 pieces of hot stone and they are quite small piece not enough to put all the food on them. After one round, the stone is not very hot anymore to cook the second batch of food. No service staff came to check if all ok although restaurant is not too full. In addition, price is steep with each steak of 250g cost $58++ and the seafood set is not of sashimi grade but cost $58++ as well. Moreover, the fume extractor barely works only on one hot stone. Unlikely to visit again

Food was pretty decent, in a very lively environment just by the Singapore River

The service is so-so, they are not very responsive and tends to forget that you have asked for something, eg, water or special request for a candle for a birthday occasion even though you have ordered the "birthday cake (which is a brownie) from them. Asked 3 times but never came until the ice-cream melted. And we went ahead without the candle. Won't recommend if you get to make a good impression. Food was okay.

Great service and excellent food, made for a wonderful night out. Hot stone cooking added to the experience. I was here years ago and it was how I remembered it.

Food was fresh. Unfortunately the place was hot (not all the fans were on. Apparently controlled by clarke quay management). Only the managers are trained properly and could make decisions. The other staff are just warm bodies... good to train up staff for quality sake since they charge exhorbitantly.

went there cos of groupon purchase and realised that they have 1-1 main courses weekday. also, during the cny period, there were 2 different menus with 2 different prices. when asked about that, the waitress just said that it is cny menu. felt like the restuarant is cheating their customers for doing that. food was fresh though but if the restaurant is not honest, there is not point visiting them cos you will never know when you will be cheated.

We made our booking at 12pm, the time whereby the restaurant is open. The restaurant was under-staff, with only 1 service staff handling customers. Some of the food items were not available as chef did not start earlier to prepare some of the food (eg, soups) before opening time.

The food is not bad and the dessert is good. Overall experience is good. Yes, I will recommend this restaurant to others as it is something different from other restaurants.

Had a wonderful evening at the restaurant. Food is tasty. It's a good experience. Some hiccups due to air con leakage. We were immediately usher to another table.

Food quality for the hot stone cooking is good. Problem is the hot stones don't stay hot, on previous visits they were OK but we had to use 4 stones for two people and your food ends up sitting boiling away which kind of spoils it. They do replace them but it takes time. Also the price of drinks is ridiculous, 18SGD for a pint of Tiger!!!! every other drink is the same marked up prices too... Food prices are now more than they used to be so you expect decent stones that retain heat more so you can get the most out of your 50 dollar pork chop.

Service was OK however it is weird that they had not prepared the garlic fried rice even though we were there during their opening hours. Be aware that they have increase their prices. The prices reflected in their online menu is highly inaccurate.

Easy Quandoo reservations. Excellent ambience, excellent food . Tuna steak and double chocolate with ice cream was especially good . Service was good waiter responsive .

Staff service below so-so, don't inform customer on what to expect and way of food cooking using the hot stones. Food very expensive, menu prices has been adjusted up 20% from what's stated in website.. Better off without groupon as better promotion from restaurant itself woth credit card.

Good food, terrific ambience as we were celebrating our anniversary and were seated at a table for 2, right at the end of the boat (we were not aware of this when we made reservations so it worked out perfectly). For starters we had the Lobster Bisque and the Crispy Calamari. For mains, we had U.S Black Angus Ribeye Steak and the Premium Surf and Turf... both on the hot stones. It was fun cooking the food till our preferred done-ness. Portions are small but taste and juiciness compensated for it. Worth a visit for the experience :)

My Friend was injured in her left knee and could not bend her left leg at 90 degrees to sit. One of the waitress gave her a pack of newly washed table cloth to serve as chair cushion so that my Friend could be comfortable. We are pleased with the gesture. Thank you.

We are not inform by the waitress that in order to be serve with the hot stone, we can order the how well the meat is to be cook.

The Wagyu ribeye was the most tender, juiciest, flavorful cut of steak we've ever eaten. We used to hit rock to reheat the food as it lost temperature along the way. Excellent!

It was great that we went on a weekday and went pretty early to avoid the lunch crowd. Eating off a hot slab of stone was certainly novel for us, but we felt the portions were a little small. Service was good though!

Nice place with good steak and fish. The starters were good too! service is good! But need to improve the Ventilation in restaurant. Unpleasant smell when first step in the restaurant.

The food portions is small & expensive but it reeally fresh & excellent. Thumbs up!!!!!!! But the staff service is really damn the bad except 1 staff - Jen. When I am making the payment, I have asked the staff whether Citibank credit card is entitled to a 10% discount (cause I saw the prompotion in the Citibank website). The staff did not even check but immediately told me there is NO discount & insisted I have make the full payment. I have no choice but to make the payment. After few mintues, I managed to find the promption from the web using my HP & show it to the other staff - Jen. Jen was very helpful to void my previous payment, give me another promotion of $30 off instead of the 10% discount & even apologise on behalf. I don't expect the cashier to remember all the promotion but he should at least counter check when the customer ask that question.

It's a great restaurant serving grilled meats and excellent set lunch. We loved the brown sauce dashed with white wine and also the brownie dessert

Food and service was good, although a steak restaurant should not have run out of tenderloin for the first set of dining guests at 6.30pm on a Monday. Staff were friendly and attentive and very accomodating

A lot of good quality meat, served with veg and a choice of potato. It wasn't busy. We had good service. Quite expensive but different!
