Great service and excellent food, made for a wonderful night out. Hot stone cooking added to the experience. I was here years ago and it was how I remembered it.
The Wagyu ribeye was the most tender, juiciest, flavorful cut of steak we've ever eaten. We used to hit rock to reheat the food as it lost temperature along the way. Excellent!
Hot since 1992, Hot Stones on River Valley Road has been heating up Clarke Quay for over two decades, impressing diners with their superlative grilled meats and unique dishes. Using a volcanic rock for cooking, diners can expertly seal in their meat’s natural juices, allowing them to unlock flavours usually masked by the taste of charcoal or smoke. And luckily for you, Hot Stones is open seven days a week, so why not book a table and start grilling volcano-style?
Serving up only premium meats, Singapore’s Hot Stones is all about quality. Choose from premium cuts of meat like Kobe tenderloin, Australian T-Bone steak, US Black Angus ribeye steak, or premium kurobuta pork. Vegetarian diners and meat-eaters alike rave about the mushroom & cream spaghetti and the crispy truffle fries, so make sure to bring along those loveable herbivores in your life.
