Generally good, if not for a big group of noisy diners near our table.

Food was ok. Service was a bit slow - staff seems overloaded with request forgotten. The call button not useful if you can't read Japanese/Chinese.

Service was good. The space allocated is well design so that we are not too close to another table as there's a partition which is high enough. This gives us lots of privacy. Food were good as well.

peak hour lunch so it was busy shortly after we set down. service was good but became slower when the crowds came. very noisy though - kids screaming, people talking loudly
