HooHa! Cafe is a restaurant that is creating, well, a bit of a hoo-ha in Singapore since 1997. They take their passion for steaks and other international favourites and offer them up to the public of Bugis, who have taken HooHa! to their hearts. From Arab Street, close to the Sultan Mosque, they are open for lunch and dinner every day, with longer hours on weekends and live open mic music, making them perfect for a late night snack – so long as you remember to book your seat ahead of time.
There are restaurants galore in Singapore, and down in Bugis, there is one that is certainly worth getting excited about. HooHa! Cafe is a restaurant on a singular mission: to cook great steaks and to entertain. From their location on Arab Street – near Bugis station and the Sultan Mosque – they are easily accessible, and when you arrive you are sure to be bowled over by the range of steaks and international favourites on offer. True lovers of steak should try the HooHa! signature – the Ultimate Tenderloin Steak – chargrilled to perfection and served with creamy black pepper sauce and ratatouille.
While steaks are the name of the game at HooHa!, other options include Italian pizza and pasta (the penne beef ragu comes recommended), focaccia burgers, local dishes like Singapore-style laksa and British classics like fish and chips. Delicious desserts and milkshakes round off HooHa! Cafe’s comprehensive menu, and with live music and open mic sessions on Friday and Saturday evenings, it’s the place to be in Bugis for casual dining and entertainment. You’ll find HooHa! situated on Singapore’s Arab Street, only a short walk from the Bugis MRT. Just make sure you make a reservation to snag the best seats at this local favourite!
great steak! easy convenient location to get to! i think its quite a good chill out and hangout place with your friends so i would recommend it again!
We have enjoyed the restaurant. Very good food. Pleasant atmosphere. I would recommend this restaurant for my expat friends as well as Singaporeans. Please note that alcohol is not being served before 11pm.
Great environment for dining in, great serving of ribeye steak, except that the coffee served is a little bit cold. Will pay a visit once again.
