Spirits

MAD MEN LONG ISLAND TEA

The Mad Man Long Island Tea is no new comer on the block. An intensity as strong as the classic, this variation crosses the boundary by being extremely welcoming. Flavours of elderflower and mandarin covers much of the alcoholic intensity, making this one plesantly deadly venom.

FIREFLIES

Fireflies stands on the gap towards the dangerous. Made from clarified firefly infusion, this drink brings flavour to a whole new level. Giving of a slightly herbaceous taste, the drink is enhanced by some forest flavoured sparklers, bringing the whole experience of sighting fireflies to you.

EAT YOUR GREENS

Often in our childhood do we encounter small bits of sweetened vegetables in our mix of food just so our parents could encourage us in the ways of the vegetarian. We bring in that similar logic in enticing you to your greens. We placed greens into a centrifuge to bring you this mojito with a vegetal punch

THE JOINT

Not the real stuff, but close enough. Thyme emmits an aroma similar to that of a pesky growing herb that doesn’t grow in Singapore, and doesn’t put you in stasis. The tipple is infused with aged leather and cigar smoke to bring you this extremely gentlemanly drink except for the getting high part.
