Haidilao Plaza Sing really makes the effort to please their customers with 变脸 shows during dinner time as well as giving free manicure to female customers 😍 I visited Haidilao Plaza Sing many times already and it is highly recommended to go there for your dining 🥰

This outlet has always been my family’s first choice when dining at hdl. We’ve been to so many different outlets but no other outlets wins Plaza Sing’s in their service. Thank you for the outstanding service! 🫰🏻

i was a little upset with the eating experience here.. Was the first ever time i felt upset about it. the service staff incharge of our table (Table 88) wasnt focusing, i felt she is either overwhelmed or maybe too focused on that 1 particular table of guests. it is so obvious that the 1 particular table of guests were the regulars; as a few staffs came over to the table and approaching them and spoke to them. i noticed a few tables beside us were also being neglected by her (the staff incharge of the area; didnt manage to catch her name though.) we called out a few times and we had empty plates on our table (despite us placing the empty plates at the outer area of the table for staffs to keep/clear), but she totally ignored them when she walked past few times; not sure why; not once, not twice or not even thrice but multiple times. Also noticed that she kept going over to that particular regular guests' table and service them and PR with them (talk to them, service them, clear their dishes etc). i mean if they really are VIPs, either get a room for them or have 1 particular staff servicing them, as felt that it is not fair for other guests as they paid for the food and services and yet being neglected totally. kindly take this as a friendly feedback instead of a complaint; and kindly let that particular lady staff know of the feedback, would very much appreciate none of this will happen again on other guests or next visit. Thank you very very much. :)
