The experience is great. No need to wait, serving staff is attentive and prompt.

The dinner experience was great. I managed to get a free gellish manicure. Very fast and efficient. The waitress was so patient and polite throughout the meal. 🥘

wonderful customer service, restaurant is big and spacious. always feels like a VIP when we visit HDL.

Service slightly lacking, had to keep getting the staff's attention regarding the ingredients or soup. Way too noisy with the dances and birthday celebrations happening every few minutes

No waiting queue on a Monday evening. Service could have been more prompt. Having the busker Jeff to sing is a bonus but could be longer.
