Awesome food , we had a great time ! Booking was made around 2pm for 730 pm dinner and waited for 10 minutes for the table. Overall , good customer exp.

Same as usual top notch service. Made a reservation and didn’t have to wait too long to have a table allocated to us.

Very enjoyable birthday dinner for my daughter . The 3 soups we chose were good and went well with the various meats , seafood and vegetables . We liked the condiments too especially the porridge & pickles . Our server Ms Zhao provided excellent service and was friendly and courteous .

Excellent waiter and waiting time. They serve us first and given the seat for dinning. As my wife and myself is hungry they provide snacks for us and we are greatful.

Selection was great. Much more variety as compared to the other outlets that I had been to. Went during the weekends and hence, it was much more crowded with a longer waiting time. Understand that it was a peak period but could have appreciated it there was more staff to help out. There was not many staff around me to help out and I had to go take my own drink after waiting for quite a while.

Waited for less than 30 mins and reception staff was super friendly. Overall good experience at this outlet, just needed to ask for soup refill a couple of times due to lack of staff.

Was told that there will be a 2hr wait when we arrived so we gave up the reservation. Staff was nice and gave us a voucher for next visit.

Hao Di Lao Marina Square service was average, marred by disappointment when the grill was unexpectedly unavailable without prior notice. Although staff were generally attentive, the lack of communication about such an aspect detracted from an otherwise satisfactory experience. Improvement in transparency for promotions is recommended.
