Staff are busy serving different tables. The additional charges per pax for the sauces is a little turn off factor for our dining experience.

Easy platform to make a confirmed reservation. Choice of food was great and the atmosphere was also really good with all of the pop up performances

We were seated promptly upon arrival and served by a friendly team. Perfect family-friendly restaurant to visit on weekends!

The worst HDL experience. This outlet does not have much appetitiser and dessert and the reason from the waitress: We do not much crowd here! HDL should close down this branch since it is not able to live up to HDL's standard and experience.

Returned visit. However, there was a lot more people this time and hence it took longer for the food to arrive. Had to remind the staff 3 times before my orders were served. Will visit again but definitely not during peak hours

Was pleasantly surprised by Haidilao’s effort in preparing a small bag of appreciation comprising of a pair of mandarin oranges, some coin pouches and 2 sets of keychain for all customers who made reservation online. Love haidilao at DTE as always as it’s convenient
