Epiphyte Singapore is an urban sanctuary we think you’ll just love. This fusion cuisine concept is located in Duxton along Neil Road and blends popular Asian elements with European cooking techniques to create dishes that are fresh, exciting and seriously aesthetically pleasing. The Epiphyte menu is creative and unique, and you can expect to find dishes along the lines of pink risotto cooked with Aburi Hokkaido scallops, coral, crab, salmon roe and roast beetroot and burnt miso salmon with crispy yam balls, rice puffs, long bean almond salad and black fungus. Set within a chic space with art adorning the exposed brick walls, low hanging lights and bespoke furniture, this Singapore fusion restaurant and cafe is one you really ought to try. Reservations are essential.
The ambience is nice and the staff is helpful. Limited options for main course though and would like to try their link risotto if available. The dessert - terrarium is delicious and beautiful place. They even provide lamp for us to take photo of the dessert too!
The menu is revamped with a new chef on board. The chef took the effort to explain the new items that were on the menu. Nice food with friendly staff.
