Reliable cantonese food. The truffle meepok and truffle siew mai and carrot cake are reasonably good. Hk milk tea surprisingly better than sone other hk cha Chen tang in sg.

Sweet sour pork and seafood tofu claypot was delicious. Service was attentive.

Das war lecker, aber leider nur mit einfachen Ingridienten. Der Preis war hoch, für das was angeboten wurde. Wenn ich ein Gericht mit Jakobsmuscheln bestelle, erwarte ich schon ein paar Stück davon gegessen zu haben. Es war höchstens ein Viertel einer Muschel in kleine Streifen gerissen worden, sodass man ein paar Muschelfäden sah, geschmacklich kaum feststellbar. Genauso ein Gericht mit Reis und Meeresfrüchten. Die waren da nicht zu finden. Winzige Stückchen, ob da ein kleines Stückchen Fisch oder Muschel drin war, kann man kaum feststellen. Zu klein um herauszuschmecken. Der Reis an sich war lecker, die Ente auch ok.

food was so so. pricey as well. Probably due to mother's day, the serving was very slow, and keep missing our order. We have to end up cancelling some dishes that took ages and neva even serve after such long wait.

Came by to celebrate a birthday as I bought a Chope voucher on a really good deal. For three of us, we decided to start with the $88 Chef Set Menu which came with a half-and-half soup pot, 2 starches, half portions of pork belly and beef slices, seafood platter (comprising prawns, squids, and garoupa fillets), vege & mushroom platter, and desserts. Added on $3.80 per pax for the condiment bar which included watermelon. This alone could be a satisfying meal for the three of us as the soups themselves (we had Dried Scallop & Winter Melon and Sichuan Spicy) were already chockful of ingredients. However, they were running a promotion at the time which was $3.80 for almost every ala carte order of hotpot ingredients...wow! The portions were also pretty decent for the price, like 3 dumplings or wantons for the price. Service was also attentive and so friendly; they offered to deshell our prawns, cook our noodles, and proactively suggested to takeaway our leftover soup! Drop by soon before their $3.80 promo ends because it is really such a good deal!

We arrived at the restaurant 7.45 pm and for next 15 mins, no one asked if we want to order a drink first while waiting for the rest of our company. When we try to place our order at 8pm, they already ran out of peikin duck, so we changed to roast chicken, and it’s also sold out. We wanted crabs but they don’t have crabs on a Saturday. When we ask for recommendations, the waitress had none, and the only dish recommended was like a bunch of overcooked romaine lettuce that looked like leftovers. I rarely gave bad reviews but this restaurant cannot make it!

Booking was fast and easy via Quandoo. Service staff were all nice n friendly. Had dim sum and ala carte order. Food tasted good, items are fresh and nicely presented. Peking duck is nice n skin crispy. Spinach tofu is soft n tasty. Other dishes n dim sum were good as well. Dessert wise..abit too sweet for my liking. Will visit again and maybe try out their hotpot next. Thank you

Empire Fine used to offer high quality food, this time round, I realised the standard has gone down, the dim sums not as nice as before. Ordered expensive soup, $38 per pax, quite disappointed with taste and presentation. Probably hv to think twice to go back again if the quality stays as it is.

With the promotion, it was a great value-for-money experience. Especially love the service and exquisite ambience. Will definitely return. Would love it if the restaurant could include Har Gau and Siew Mai (classic dimsum) on their dim sum promotion list though. It does feel a little petty to leave these 2 classics out of the promotion.
