All of which is inspired by the narrative of a post-millennial Shanghai and the story of ELIZA – a girl who rebelled against her controlling stepmother and powerful father to embark on the carefree lifestyle as a London based fashion designer who embraced jazz music and gained notoriety for designing pinstriped suits, before moving back to Shanghai to try to overthrow her father and make her claim on the family business.
