main course variety is great but dessert could have more variety. The waitress serving our table is very attentive and friendly which made our dining experience very enjoyable.

The place where we were seated, there are no one clearing our plates and we have to clear our plates by placing on the next table. No one replenish our water. Only towards the end we then saw someone and call out to refill our water. Although the foods are nice, don’t think I will patronize again.

When I did the booking I hd requested for corner seats with privacy. But They arranged at the entrance seats so open that when all guests entered can see us directly. When I told them I hd requested to arranged seats that inside the restaurant. The staff asked me don't talk let her check n later she brought us to inside that hv few seats that available n even though don't meet my requirement but at least was inside seats that could talk freely.

Always love this splendid buffet food served here! Though it's expensive, it's totally worth it! Atmosphere is good, food variety is plenty. Will come back again.

Visited on 9th May during the dinner time slot. Oddly, the quality of food on this day was not up to standard. What not up to standard was, strangely the quality meat served was top but on this particular day, meat was dry and tough. The Ox Tail, Short Ribs, Lamp Chop, Sesame Chicken, Char Siew, Duck meat, Satay (Both Chicken and Beef). What barely saved that particular night was, Indian section, Dessert section, some seafood section, Japanese section. I hope it is just an one off event. For the price point, I think it was disappointing for the above reasons. Usually it is not the case when it was the Christmas Spread.

Wide variety, with Indian, western ,Chinese to local. There were really nice desserts as well. Lots of snail sausages to choose from!

The slat baked chilli was very fresh and the durian pengat was very good. Though it’s not exactly cheap, there’s 10-15% discount with some credit cards or Pan Pacific membership.

Great food options - local western eastern Indian you name it. Western Desserts are awesome! Within my palate and we love the way it was arranged. On 2nd thoughts, the ice-cream, cakes, local desserts are separated into 2 opposite ends. A little weird. Would be great if they could be put in the same area together. Juices were too sweet to my liking. Spaghetti wasn’t nice according to my fam. So I gave it a miss. My plates were piling up at one time so it would be nice to pay more attention here. Ballon artists shouldn’t just go to tables with kids. Payment wise, best if the restaurant could indicate the bank privileges on emails, websites without us having to ask your staff. Charges are pricey. Hope you can enhance the service level and sweeten the deal with free parking, return discount options. Lastly, please consider giving reward vouchers for constructive feedback provided😉

They were not able to cope even when the restaurant was half full. Some food like oysters and satay were not readily available and took a while to replenish. Food wise, average, pork belly and roast pork was not well cooked - hard and not crispy.
