Edge Food Theatre

I always like the service & food served at the Edge. I’m looking forward to dining at the Edge again soon.

The Colony is one of the best hotel buffet which my family has tried so far in Singapore. Our favourites from the weekend seafood buffet lunch are the fried large prawns, steam sea bass and Hokkaido scallop sashimi.

Wide variety of food on a seafood night. Food is fresh and service is good.

Good spread of international buffet. Impressed by the cook-upon-order for some dishes, like home made pasta and fried seafood, which was served to my table after placing my order using the table numbered stick.

Normally Edge is good value though it's the usual expensive hotels buffet. But this time, the quality wasn't as good. The beef was not tender and sashimi not as fresh, I think because they had a promotional price. That shouldn't be the way

Pity the thai food section wasn't open on weekday lunch/ off peak season. I love the ambience and good variety!

Not a bad place for a nice dinner with my date. Service was pretty outstanding, staff were attentive in clearing used plates. Seafood selection was good, loved the lobster.

Decided to try out the Lunch buffet at the Restaurant for my 1st wedding anniversary. Overall good experience and atmosphere, with virtually flawless service from the staff on duty. Will definitely be back again.

Food variety and ambience was excellent except that the service staff brought out the birthday cake after instead of during the birthday song and they presented the cake my mother instead of me. Obviously a different name and gender. TOTAL EMBARRASSMENT!
