Edge Food Theatre

The food standard has deteriorated since our last visit on 20 Dec 2018. The only bright dish is the cold seafood. The lamb grill and prawn grill were pretty salty as commented by my son. We may not consider re-visit if the spread not improved.

Pity my fave chendol not available anymore. But overall still a very good buffet spread.

The experience was excellent but I’d recommend Edge Food Theatre to improve the quality of beef, which was below my expectations. Overall very good!

Edge is well known for the great variety of food offered. The dessert bar would make everyone smile. Always looking forward to my next visit.

This is my third time coming to this restaurant. .The seafood is as fresh as usual, the atmosphere is nice and the servicers are quite quick to collect the empty dishes or to provide coffee and tea. The main point of coming is still the Durian Pengat though. However, I would appreciate more variety in the cooked food section. I feel a bit sad that they remove the potato gratin dish.

I was disappointed with the food selection. Most of the dishes were served with pork and beef. The rice dishes were grainy and most of the food lacked flavour. The ambience was another turn off! Lights were too dim and the slow background music rocked us to sleep. About an hour after we settled down, a waitress gave me the bill and asked us to settle it citing long queues as a reason. By 9.30pm, staff were busy clearing their work station although there were many patrons. Pan Pacific can perform much better than this!

Attentive service, food is good, good view and nice ambiance. Price is on the high side and it will be better if got more drink selection (softdrink, etc)

Enjoyed my visit. The food is good. Only feedback is that some live stns require the table chit even though i am okay to wait for the food. Troublesome to have to walk back just to get the table chit.

As UOB Card holder, we had join as your member entitled 25% upon reached was disappointed that the staff told totally no discount whether membership or you card holder. . Really a lot different world discount. So upset cost me more than two hundred dollars

Excellent service and spread of food. Our table service staff was kind, gentle and thoughtful. Never mind the lack of variety and quality at the fresh seafood bar, the other items on the line more than made up for it. Standouts were the pig trotters in vinegar and the grilled squid (Bakar)

Good service, Excellent ambience. Serving CNY spread selection when we were there and it was intriguing to be able to DIY our own Yusheng. Will not hesitate to recommend to friends!

I'd think there is much to improve, especially since it's by the demon chef. Service staff were decent, but it does not exceed the expectations of fine dining experience. Service albeit consistent on things like changing of side plates & tea refill etc etc, but rather disruptive with constant table engagement.
