Ciel Patisserie - Bukit Merah

Few are accepted to the top pastry schools of Paris, and fewer still graduate, but one such star pastry chef is Chara Lum, a Singapore native and the founder of Ciel Patisserie on Jalan Bukit Merah. She didn’t just graduate, mind: she graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Paris at just 20 years old, and now she applies the techniques learnt in the home of great baking at her own bakery in Singapore, where they churn out tarts, cakes, quiches and more to an ever expanding clientele.
