Food was good. However the service seriously needs a good shake up. Been here twice previously and we had good experiences. However this time round we were on time but when we were escorted upstairs there were no table available even though we had reservation. We had to wait for the server to asked n moved the occupiers of the table assigned to us to the sofa to finish up their drinks. During lunch, 2 out of 3?orders came but the 3rd order was served 45mins after that. We only got this 3rd after the 3rd reminder. It was hard to comprehend. We can see it was not for lack of staff. Extremely annoyed n disappointed.

The drink is good but the tarts are dry. Wouldnt recommend that

Got a table at ground floor near coffee machine and was loud when they were grinding the coffee beans. Wanted to change upstairs seats as they looked empty but was reserved. The eggs benedict was a little overcooked, and the egg yolk didn't ooze out like expected.

Cosy and comfortable! Really a good atmosphere to spend my afternoon there
