Food was good, price reasonable, staff friendly. Would return again.
Good food and good atmosphere. However, the service could be faster.
Location is good, easy accessibility, just nearby Telok Ayer MRT station. Service is prompt and good, wonderful food, me and family enjoyed it very much. However, it is slightly more pricey. Overall experience is good.
We were served by the young owner/chef of the business. She is so committed to delivery genuine Thai food that she explained that the prawns are cooked a bit more than most Thais would eat.
Food and service was good but the ambience was below expectations and dishes ($18 and beyond) were overpriced. Accessible location. Many varieties of drinks to choose from.
Great Thai food ! Loved the Tom Yum Seafood soup and the portion was generous. Green curry was nice too A good choice to dine with friends and family.
The food is slightly too expensive and don't really worth the price. Their service is ok and food is quite nice. The environment is ok too.
Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous déjeunons et dînons dans ce restaurant et l'accueil est toujours aussi sympathique de la part des serveurs. C'était également très bon et nous reviendrons.
The clear tom yam soup is really really tasty but super spicy. Love the brown fish cake appetiser and the clear dipping sauce. However the pad thai may not suit local taste.
Food was superb. Flavours authentic. Service was a little haphazard cos only one person taking orders and serving. Would still go again for the excellent food.
Food nice but very expensive. Can find similar quality of Thai food in Singapore for less than a third of the price. 1 starter, 2 mains, 1 rice and 2 small beers for $140 is crazy.
excellent food, but portion was a bit large. service was decent although we struggled a little as staff speaks very little English. quality food at affordable price.
Food was decent but price is on a high side. It's not worth to pay that much when you get much more delicious Thai food for a lower price else where.
Generally good service, we were ushered to our table quickly and efficiently, given the menu, and placed our order. Restaurant was decorated decently, but it was a tad too noisy during lunch. Food though was reasonably priced and decent.
Food was nice albeit slightly on the pricey end.. recommendation to include tom your soup as an option to the set lunch.. cha thai toast is highly recommended!
They use real Fresh ingredients and the food is very close to what you get in Thailand. Most dishes are a bit on the sweet side though but still very good! I highly recommend this place. The best quality Thai food in Singapore!
Nice and friendly staff and excellent food. Spacious table and comfortable atmosphere. Especially prawn dishes were so nice. Thai tea was not too sweet. Would like to visit again.
The foods are very good, above standard from other thailand food restaurants in Singapore. The staff are helpful and very friendly as well. Very recommended if you wants to have Thai food dinner/lunch in the central area.
It's a nice place to have your favorite Thai food. They are great :) The place is great as well, it has lots of seats, a place for gathering as well.
Food was great, service is good and the serving is generous. It is definitely a Nice place for dinner/ lunch with friends and family! Recommended!
Cha Thai had good food in a spacious setting (which is rare in the Raffles Place area). It's now one of 2 Thai places in Raffles Place that I keep going back when I have my Thai cravings.
The service is pretty bad. The restaurant was half-packed, and there were only 2 waitresses. They don't really understand English so it took a while to get our orders right. The lady also missed out one order, which was on the other side of the order list, so as a result my colleague's food arrived way after ours.
The price range of the food is more expensive than other Thai restaurants, but the quality is better than most of them. I love the tom yum soup, it is so flavourful.
Service is not there to deserve such high price Pricey food menu Quality of the food is not there for one to be paying for such price
The food was delicious and the service was good. Pricing is right for the amount of servings they provide. Totally enjoyed my dinner date there.
Saturdays are bit quieter than the rest of the week, so they tend to close down by 10 pm. The food was very good, size of tiger prawns was phenomenal. Very happy with the quality of food - worth checking out for lunch time deals.
The food was great, but the prices were at the steep end. Customer service was ok; the staff looked rather gloomy though. Also wished there were more desserts available.
Food was quite nice but considered pricey. No crowd when I was there for dinner and food was served reasonably fast. Will not go back there again.
food was very good, portion very reasonable too. Slightly healthier option compared to other Thai foods. Love their pineapple rice. Staff there were very courteous :)
Delicious food and good variety but price on the high side. Will recommend to friends and will go back to try other dishes. Love the cha toast!
Good food, good casual ambience, and nice dessert :) We ordered a clear tom yum soup for sharing , but we had about 6 pax so obviously the soup wasn't enough to go around. When I asked for an additional order of tom yum soup, the nice lady actually took the bowl and gave us refill on the soup so everyone of us can have some. This kind gesture certainly makes my day.
The portions are large so they are good for a larger group. The price is a bit higher than other typical Thai restaurants. The taste is definitely authentic, with the sweet/sour/spicy tastes on the high side.
Food was good and authentic, food was served fast. However it may be hard to reach out to the service staff as they only have 2-3 service staffs.
Rubbish food and terrible service. There was a distinct lack of flavour and the food is completely overpriced. What's more the service is so poor. Avoid this place in
The food is good but pricey. The setting of the restaurant looks cheap with cheap tables and chairs which is disappointing given that the prices of the food are not cheap.
Great food and fresh ingredients used. The prawns were big! Portions are big but price is on a pricey side. Worth a try at Cha Thai.
1st time visit. Ordered Thai fish cake, tang hoon salad, pork basil. (Thick toast but cancelled as we were full) Fish cake was a tiny bit burnt, and turned out to be otah fish cake. Not tasty at all. Tang hon salad was ok. Pork basil was tasty but abit salty after afew. Overall not impressed. And expensive. At payment lady who helped us cancel the toast, took our bill that included the note with the cancellation, somehow was able to overlook it, and still billed us for the extra toast. So we had to raise that. It wasn't nasty, but it wasn't friendly either. Staff in general could be less unapproachable. Each to his own, but this is my review.
Was here for lunch with colleagues, delicious food, good service and cosy place. Expect some waiting time during lunch crowd but everything else is great!
Other than the food was nice, the waiting time is extremely long. We waited closed to 1 hour for our food and in the end we had to cancel 2 orders as we are running late for work.
Food was great. A little costly but all acceptable after.
