Bizen Wagyu & Salad Bar @ Plaza Singapura

Overall experience was good except for the panna cotta scope is too short for the shooter glass.

Food was good - particularly steak & Wagyu bolognese. The salad bar has a good selection of hot & cold items. Drinks are free flow. Average spend $60/person.

A very enjoyable experience with good quality steak from Japan. I had the chicken which was good too. The chawanmushi was really tasty and worth a side order. Enjoyed the salad bar with my meal. It was a good place for friends to gather as the atmosphere was quiet enough to chat. But the restaurant was truly hidden so do find your way. It’s essentially above pop mart near the entrance of the 2nd floor toy shop

Felt very welcomed by the staff upon arriving. Food was excellent - the steak especially, and the salad bar was absolutely impressive. So many options, yum! Will recommend to friends and also return again for greater dining experiences.

Service staff are all very friendly. Main food as welk as the side buffet are 👍. Our beef steaks are Iron flat and Chuck. Happy that my friend likes my recommendation .

Located at a corner difficult to find. Quiet restaurant. Good fresh spread at Salad Bar. The Sirloin steak was tastefully done & very delicious. For all Steak lovers, this is a place to go try! The choices of food from the salad bar are minimal. However, the panna cotta and their egg are lovely. The service may not be bad however, the server seems to be very bothered when taking our order. Quite an unpleasant interaction with that server.

Overall food is amazing, just that the side dishes - choices isn't that much, kind of limit.. will be great to have more vegetables.

The food was good and the salad bar selection was adequate. Bizen should have offered FOC plain water which would have elevated our experience. Offering plain water won’t break the bank!

Plaza Sing Outlet Service is bad. Ask for chilli sauce, just bring over and throw it on the table. The service crew just act busy walking here and there doing nothing and avoid any eye contact with customers.

Surprisingly, it was not bad because I don’t have very good experiences with wagyu in Singapore. They are always too oily from the fat. The wagyu here is fat but not too oily that u can’t swallow.

Very confusing for first time visitor to restaurant. Had to order from 1 hp in order to get all items in the same receipt. Very rigid, didn't allow to order at the cashier.

The steak is well cooked and delicious. Side dishes are also of good serving quantity.

Repeat visit to this restaurant at a different venue. The PS outlet is at a less crowded area of the mall and the meal is very value for money and food is delicious as always . Provides free ice cream after meal which is Unique only to this outlet!
