Great service, great food at a good location. Even my 13-year old son knows how to appreciate the ambience and food. What else can one ask for? Complete satisfaction and highly recommended.
The food is delicious and Chef is very nice. He came out to get feedback from us. This is my favourite restaurant in SG. The only thing to improve is the wine list, tasted few glasses in the past, not that good.
I took lunch set. Appetizer is pretty good but main is normal. Lunch set cost is not so expensive, considering cost, quality is quite reasonable
The service was good and friendly and staff were friendly and thoughtful. Food quality and portion size are quite good. We especially enjoyed the desserts.
Great food and service! Staff were attentive to our dinning needs. Thank you for rhe great experience, will be back with friends again to enjoy this place.
After the renovation, portions are smaller, prices are higher. The half pidgeon wouldn't have filled an owl, much less a man's appetite. Have been coming here since they opened in 2008, so will give them one more chance. Phillipe's efforts at damage control were appreciated.
I have been this restaurant year ago, found that this time must better, the service and food are good, the waiter are polite and help full. my friend enjoy very much, we sure will visit again,
Excellent food and service. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The only difference between this and a cafe in Paris is the smiling staff and no smoking.
The onion soup, duck confit and lava cake are awesome! Service is attentive too. Nice quiet place to chat and chill on the week day especially.
We were shown to our table quickly as the restaurant was not too busy. The service staff was very patient in explaining the menu of the day. I guess it was a Sunday and the kitchen was probably not fully staffed as it took some time for our first course and subsequent main course to arrive. I had the veal shank, which was excellent. It is tasty and the meat just about falls off the bone. My 2 other companions who ordered the day's special, Brill fish with white asparagus and mushrooms felt the fish was well grilled but the sauce was a little too bland for this combination. Overall, it was a good meal and will return to try other dishes in the menu.
Both the service and food was good; we liked the new items in the menu, especially the white asparagus, the lobster bisque, the octopus salad. Both our main courses the steak and frites as well as the mussels was good too
Nice food, ambience but thought the service level dipped slightly. But nonetheless, a very enjoyable place for food. Will recommend to friends as a gathering venue.
Great dining ambience and experience for my family. However, the duck leg confit and the half spring chicken were served in different preparation from my last visit quite some time back. Not a satisfied version for me.
Food was good and value for money. Unfortunately, poor service from wait staff. When asked for recommendations, just merely pointed to the Chef's recommendations on the board.
The lunch sets are value for money and quality hasn't been compromised. The atmosphere is good and will definitely gonna back again for their lunch.
As always, food is authentic french and the wines lovely! Staff are freindly and knowlegable - give good advice when at a dilemma for choice
We had an enjoyable night with food and drink. The restaurant got crowded but service remained good and not noisy. We will come back again soon Thanks for the good experience
Nice ambience, good service, but mediocre food for the price we paid. The steak was sliced too thinly, the fries and mashed potato weren't fresh.
Portion of the food is big. Creme brulee good as always and my main course of stewed beef was delicious but too heavy for me. Overall a really enjoyable dining experience
always enjoy the environment and atmosphere here with a broad and classic French style menu, lots of crunchy French bread and wine by the glass, carafe or bottle.
Excellent beef wellington and wine. Great sévice. We also enjoyed the ambience . The grand marnier souffle was also a treat for the taste buds. The Scallops and asparagus risotto was delicious.
Ordered their lunch sets and we got great food @ great value. Service was good, and staff were attentive... Great experience! Definitely will be back for more!
Enjoy the ambiance of the restaurant & the foods is excellent. My remark takes note and they really prepare a surprise for my husband birthday.
Service better than expected; relaxing environment; value for money food; nice place for small group of friends and family gatherings; will definitely come back again;
The reservation system is quick to confirm and reminder was sent timely. The serving staff were friendly and prompt to clear our dishes when we are done.
Excellent ambience, food is really good especially foie gras. It is definitely value for money for the set lunch. I will surely go back again
The French onion soup and apple tart dessert was awesome. Service was great with prompt attention and timely response. Main courses was average. I will go back for dessert.
Food is ok. French brasserie style with medium size portion but no vow factor whatsoever. For the price you get way better alternative...would personally give it a miss.
The Pan-seared foie gras, griottes cherries in Argmanac is absolutely delicious The duck leg confit is very well cooked, still moist and yet crisp on the outside. The cheese of the day is simply titillating on the palate and nose. Will visit soon.
Food was good but the service by Judith our server was excellent. Judith was attentive, polite and extremely warm. She made our dining experience memorable. Will definitely come back again!
Great experience, great food, great environment, great services, great location. Love the overall experience and definitely will be there again. Highly recommend for others to try.
Set lunch was very much worth the value. The portion sizes were not sacrificed as some places do. Highly recommend the French onion soup and duck confit. Service, ambient, reception were all fantastic
Very good food. I had the set lunch, which comes with an entree, a main, a dessert and coffee/tea. The cauliflower and potato veloute was full of flavour. The cod with egg and sourdough had a mellow taste without being too sweet or rich (no 'fishy' taste). The creme brulee was also wonderfully done. All in all, I am very impressed by the high quality of French cuisine at an affordable price, and will surely come dine here again in the future!
Bistro Du Vin always a good choice for lunch or dinner venue. Can improve on set lunch menu with more varieties of seafood. Overall good experience.
The restaurant is a bit pricy but the food is vey good. The foi gras, the beef cheek were excellent and the crème brûlée was the best I had in Singapore.
Just a few lines to thank you so much for the wonderful meal. Extremely high standard of cuisine, coupled with great restaurant atmosphere. Very courteous/happy staff. A real pleasure. I will return!!!“
Staff were friendly and food was excellent! We did enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely go back again! Loved the mussels and duck confit! Well done to all the staff and chef!
Set lunch of good value and service was good. Thanks for the nice experience. We will return soon to enjoy the authentic French cuisine offers
Our waiter was particularly knowledgeable about the dishes and happy to make recommendations. The food was solid French cuisine although it has been for some years prior to the renovation and installation of a bona fide French chef. We thought the previous one was pretty damn goood too. Prices have risen but is the new cuisine worth the hike? Only time will tell!
Food was great. Atmosphere was very cozy and comfortable as well. Bread on the house has never disappoint, it was always served warm and soft. Great dining place!
Food is good but the whole experience seems too casual. A table of 6 diners sharing a French onion soup!!! A food court? Enjoyed my meal though.
The new revamped menu is very good. keep it up. The staff are very friendly and always ready on hand to help. I will definitely go back again. Good french food.
Absolutely fantastic. The service, food, quality of wines is always above par, as it was last night as well. Always a great choice for a dinner with close friends or new friends even!
Good service and friendly staffs. The food was generally good though some of them were a bit too salty for my liking especially the lobster bisque.
Good food, good price for the set lunch and very pleasant and good service rendered from the crew.. Overall a very nice dining experience.. Would visit again..
The service was very nice, the staffs' were kind and attentive. The food was very nice too, I especially enjoyed the creme Brûlée and coffee.
Delicious lunch with a former client of mine who appreciates good food. I am confident that he will return on a future trip to Singapore. Glad to see that overall standards have remained high.
Service was wonderful. Food was good. EXCEPT for the Duck Confit. It was extremely salty! We couldn't enjoy the duck because all we tasted was SALT.
The food is 7.5/10, service 6/10, ambience 6.5/10. The foie gras is quite nice Escargot not that good, very plain. The location is at central location.
Food was good and authentic. Service was good. Cozy setting with a homely decor. Reasonably priced. Good for casual and relaxing meal of authentic French.
