A cosy and friendly restaurant in Shaw Centre, Orchard. Waiters were very friendly. They have daily specials for both mains and entres. Had an enjoyable time there.

The team is happy with the food, and convenient location. However, it can get a bit too loud when the restaurant gets too full due to the restaurant set up.

Great selection of lovely French dishes supported by great staff service & superb French wine. A lovely dining experience. An authentic French bistro set in a side street in Singapore.Thank you

Authentic french cuisine in a "bistro" style. Don't think fine dining but rather earthy dishes that will stuff you well. Relaxed ambiance a la française. Tasty dishes inspired from several regions but with south west France accent. We keep on coming back.

Service was attentive and the lunch set menu was good value for money. Loved the foie gras appetizer. My wife and I enjoyed our meal at Bistro du Vin.

The beef steak was very tender and well done. The soup of the day- vegetable soup was excellent. But the buillabaisse soup was only average. The items are rather pricy compared to those charged buy other similar restaurants

Sat very close to another table. Diners were very loud and we could hardly hear ourselves. Not a pleasant experience. Lamb dish was not up to expectation. Creme brûlée was thankfully very good.

Very good ambience and service. Staff are very attentive and the restaurant is pretty quiet. One of the few perfect places for couple dinners on festive occasions.

Service and ambience were excellent; food and wine were mostly good and value for money - stay to the tried and tested; the special we ordered was disappointing.

The service was excellent. Try the set linch menu, very good value for money. Would recommend the French Onion soup and the foie gras. A gem in the Serangoon Gardens area.

The food was ok, not especially good. Too salty, as some has said. Service was cold, I didn't feel any effort was made by the staff in providing a good dining experience for their customers. Most unlikely to return.

No elaborate food plating, just good wholesome French food at affordable price. Service was prompt with attentive staff. The only let down for the night was the duck confit which we felt was way too salty and oily. Otherwise, thumbs up for the rest.

Excellent service! We loved the duck confit, beef cheeks, ratatouille, and onion soup! The desserts were stellar and were the perfect ending to our dinner: I highly recommend the apple tart with caramel ice cream, chocolate fondant with pistachio ice cream, and creme brulee! :)

We liked the atmosphere and most importantly the food. We found the soups alittle lackluster, but the entrees and mains - the steaks and scallops were standout hits for us. Pricing is relatively wallet friendly by Les Amis Group standards, so we will definitely be coming back!

Nice ambience. Food was average. Although Bouillabaisse was packed with seafood, broth was lack of strong flavour. Duck confit was a bit too salty for my taste bud. Service was good.

A cozy and authentic place ~ the bistro has a real charm and vibe. The food is divine. The staff are well trained and they understand the meaning of hospitality. I like how Philippe interacted with us and other customers. This is a place which sits itself above the standard of many restaurants in Singapore which can be fancy but soulless. Highly recommended.

Waiter was energetic and service was excellent. The food was excellent, especially the foie gras starter and the duck leg confit. Will return to try the other mains!

Was expecting a good value meal as usual. Surprised that the duck confeit is as salty as Hk smoked duck. The response after my feedback is even more surprising - a. It is usually salty b. After I reject that as common - feedback is done to the cook - ie. Noted (and no further explanation or pacifying or comments) Was it expected or I over expected?

I had a great time dinning at Bistro du vin-shaw house. Awesome French cuisine! Love the wine list selection. The duck confit and beef cheek stew main courses are a must to try !

Highly overrated. The only thing authentic French Parisian bistro was the decor. Food was awful. Smoked Duck Salad had no dressing and the lettuce looked like it had been cut many hours ago. Shabby. Ribeye steak was poor quality meat. Don’t expect such poor quality at these prices. The only saving grace were the French fries and the creme brûlée.

Normally interesting 3-item menu has become less exciting. Less than half of the items were available without upcharge resulting in a relatively expensive lunch if you choose anything outside the lowest cost options. Food was tasty and service was very good but the menu and pricing scheme don't encourage frequent visits.

It was our early Christmas Dinner. The Chef's 4 course meal was memorable with the chef coming out himself to ask our diet preferences and make wine recommendations. The passion for food really came out in the food and service. Bravo!

Good food, casual setting, right in center of Orchard. A bit pricey but something that I will go to once in a while. If I have to pick something French, they always come up as a top choice

Great food and great service. The waiter knows the menu well, and able to recommend us on what he thinks we will like after talking to us, and the food and desserts turn out to be perfect for us on the taste & portion.
