Rating would have been higher if not for the very indifferent and lacklustre service. Our service staff only did the minimal, was none too friendly and removed my client's coffee cup then asked me if she was finished! Should he not have asked before even touching the cup?? Quite quite disappointing, not returning anytime soon. I would rather go elsewhere with higher service standards and equivalent food quality.

Excellent food and great ambience! A hidden treasure within the Singapore National Gallery and you have the best view of city just next door to the restaurant.

Came with EatSingapore 1-for-1 mains. Ordered grilled octopus for starters, crabmeat pasta and Chilean seabass for mains and tiramisu for dessert. Overall was good but not wow-ed.

Ambience is good. Set lunch is worth it. However food is too saltish, the mushroom soup and the spaghetti. The wine infused pears dessert is nice though.

Service was attentive, food was good. But there is no view on level 5. Octopus starter was very good, Mont Blanc dessert was also great.

Overcrowded with large groups.. Noisy enough that you hardly hear the other person talking to you. And I am still wondering why portions varies significantly from one plate to another. Good intention obviously. Needs some fine tuning Overall very disappointed.

Lovely place but a bit overpriced. The food is really good but the amount is way to small. Great view and great atmosphere though. Ciao

The restaurant was full of customers, but because of this, everything was very very slow. I had a biz lunch with my client, but could hardly able to manage time. For cappuccino, it took about 10 mins to serve, too. It was quite disappointing.

Service was good, with a nice Mother's Day touch of photo booth and door gift. Menu was fixed with choice of main. Food was mixed with some hits and misses. The bread was great but the asparagus soup was disappointing and bland. The foie gras ravioli was good and the rest were decent.

Beautiful setting (we ate upstairs). Thoughtful cuisine and nice quiet atmosphere. A great place to celebrate Mother's Day. Really recommend this especially to those who love seafood and pasta.

Restaurant ambience good but was run too commercially, service was good but lacked soul, from the front staff to the managers. Food quality was ok, not spectacular.

The service was great as the staff/chef was able to accommodate due to my friend's allergy to crab. The ambience was also good for small gatherings.

Really nice place with excellent food quality. The service and food was probably the best experience and not the be faulted. The atmosphere was very nice, I only score down as I somehow had expected a view based on the address.

Food was good but the noisy environment dampen the mood during lunch. There was a group of 20+ girls that were so noisy, me and my partner could hardly hear ourselves, We quickly finished the lunch and left.

The food was good. I had the bone marrow beef like it's it was not to overbearing in favor. The pastas were good too. To bad the bar was close. Will go there again to eat upstairs where the view is better.

We were seated for 2 along L5 Aura. Impressive interior and excellent ambience. Dim and good beats. Food was great, we had fusion smoked duck and pork chop which was fine. Service was great too, very prompt and polite. Some customers were a little loud at one side, we didn't get seats with any view to the city (I think only the L6 Sky Lounge has views, which our reservation didn't come with). I wished we had a table with a view to the outside city.. Disappointed but the coziness at L5 was nothing short of intimate.

We have been to Aura a number of times and have always had a great meal. The service staff are efficient, very friendly and knowledgeable. The only criticism I have with the restaurant is that it is very noisy - not the sort of place to go for a quiet intimate dinner.

Food was so so. We had the set lunch. Nevertheless I expected better. Service was appalling too. Staff kept shaking his head when we asked for help to take a photo for our table of 3. Tone of service was polite but curt. Perhaps there is a morale issue at this restaurant or my friends and I were not deemed chic enough for this lunchtime venue? I won't be going again

It was the first time in several years that I had to request to remake my main dish in this class of restaurants. When it was served, the fish was not warm at all, hence, smelled more fishery than it should have been.

Food is average for the high price. Probably can get same standard in cheaper restaurants. Service was good, staff went out of way to provide good service. Chairs in restaurant were excruciatingly uncomfortable- i never had such an opinion on chairs before. Great views however.

It took me quite a while to locate the restaurant. But once I got there, the service of the staffs made me very at ease. No pressure at all. I am not very into the type of wine and the server bothered to bring me 3 types to try after understanding my requirements. The food was great. Presentation wise, they are not the most appealing based on my past experience. But the taste of the food is very appetising. The appetisers did actually increase my appetite for more! Taste of all the dishes we had are all not over-bearing which worked well for both me and my wife. The serving staffs continued to be attentive during the meal. Although this is supposed to be a fine dining place, but the staffs always make me feel at ease. After dinner, I was led to the Aura Sky Lounge by the hostess. Kudos to this place and I will definitely be back!

Ambience was awesome but the mains took really long to be served which was a minus. Hit and misses with the food though still good overall - burrata cheese w aspargus was decent, chilean seabass was excellent but the crab spaghetti somehow tasted chinese.
