This carefully designed space in Orchard is as stylish as it gets and you’ll find an open bar with wooden furniture and muted lighting that matches the menu and level of service just perfectly. Speaking of the bar, 63Celsius Paragon is home to an extensive drinks list with wines from Australian cabernets and New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs, to bottles from the Napa Valley and plenty from Burgundy and Bordeaux as well. This curated menu focuses on sustainable and balanced wines that match the delicious food at 63Celcius Singapore down to a tee.
If you’re visiting 63Celsius Paragon for brunch, we recommend keeping an eye out for the 63 potato rosti served with salmon, sour cream and chives or the country breakfast of eggs, ham, San Marzano tomatoes, salad and fresh bread – with a cup of AllPress coffee, of course. Later, be sure to tuck into the Iberico pork bowl with Spanish pork cheeks, mirin, sake, kombu and mushroom; the fish burger filled with coriander and chilli; squid ink pasta or any of the delicious cuts coming fresh from the grill. 63Celsius Paragon is one of Orchard’s best and a must for European cuisine-loving foodies. Do yourself a favour and pay a visit to this Singapore favourite on Orchard Road as soon as possible!
Small but cosy setting and ambience is nice. Had the squid ink pasta which was well done. The Spanish pork is nicely charred. Overall, flavours of dishes are balanced and not overpowering.
Consistently offers good quality, fresh food with western-japanese touch. Drinks and cakes are great for tea time too. The relaxing ambience makes this a nice place to catch up with friends.
