Food was great, as always Staff lovely. Dinner was slightly tainted by the covert upsell of $9 bottles of water per person.

Restaurant ambient was good. The pecan brownie was yummy. The diamond cut steak I had was ok. My friends felt it is a bit over price if without the birthday offer.

We ordered the prime ribs, mushroom soup, truffle fries. All were good. Will be back soon.

The service wasn’t what it used to be. When we sat down, we had to set our own napkins—something they were always attentive about in the past. The food was poorly timed; our sides only arrived halfway through the main course, and only after we asked for them. The spinning salad even splashed sauce onto my purse. We didn’t make a fuss, but it was clear the service had slipped. We also had to ask for sugar to go with our coffee. I hadn’t intended to leave a review, as I wanted to be fair and discreet with my honest opinion. However, after receiving multiple reminders from the waitress, as well as follow-ups via email and text, I felt it might be worth sharing this feedback, especially if it helps to address some of the service gaps.

It was a fabulous dinner! The service is top of class and the food always makes us feel that why we took so long to come back. Although this is a steak house, we had the Trio Lobster and the oysters were beyond expectations!! A great delightful evening with my wife !

Me and my wife was at Lawry's for our Valentine's Day dinner and the atmosphere was decked beautifully with roses and was very cosy and comforting to the sight. The service provided was spot-on and the food was masterly presented, excellent and to our palate. The arrangement with roses, food, services and also our photo with the Master Chef was memorable and definitely worth another visit to Lawry's for another flavourful and sumptuous meal.

Excellent service throughout and great for birthday celebrations. Steak and ribs are well done. Love the sauce for the steak. They also gave free birthday cake and sang for the birthday person.

Disappointing Valentine's Day Experience at Lawry’s I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Lawry’s has been on my mind for a while now, and I feel compelled to share it. My girlfriend and I visited for Valentine’s Day, and unfortunately, it left us severely disappointed. The decor for the night didn't bother me personally, but it did give off a high school prom vibe, which we found amusing. However, the real issues came with the food and service, which, for the price, is unacceptable. While I do understand that it was a busy night being Valentine’s Day, I don’t believe that justifies the poor quality of food and service at that price point. The Experience: To start the night off, the soup and salad were fine, though the mesclun salad seemed a little off in terms of freshness. The first major issue arose on our third course with the scallops - they were overcooked, rubbery, and to my shock, came with a hair. When we flagged this to the waiter, their response was underwhelming, and they didn’t seem to care about the issue at all. The waiter didn’t even offer to replace the dish despite the hair being in my food and brushed it off - I left my plate unfinished. Mind blown. The prime beef was good, but the sides dishes of corn and spinach lacked flavour and texture. Later that night, another staff member came to check in on us and we explained our experience so far. However, once again, they didn't seem to register our concerns or take any actions to address them. Finally, dessert for the night was a heavily processed, overly sweet cake, with bright artificial frosting. It was a complete letdown. I had one bite and instantly regretted it - I've had better, less processed cakes at grocery stores. Considering that our dinner cost was over $550, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. We were actually offered a dining voucher as we spent over a certain amount, which we turned down as I don't see us returning. In all, this might be the worst dining experience either of us have ever had in Singapore.

The service was very attentive. The meat and Yorkshire pudding was great. The creamed vegetables were subpar and maybe should be updated from the 1970’s recipe. Overall a very nice evening.

Lawry’s has been my son’s favourite restaurant since he was very young & now he is a college student. It is consistently amazing with food, service & atmosphere.
