Everything was good. Only issue, space constraint between tables. The staffs are all friendly and attentive. No hot drinks after 10pm as the bar is preparing for closing.

It is Value for money, service is alright. Guess that weekends crowd resulted lack of staff to attend with the plates used. Food choice overall is good..

The service is quite slow.. i have ordered but i wait about 25 min before my steamboat came.. so its a quite bad exprience. The chili crab also not that good so for the price of $38.90 per person is not cheap with this kind of service.

Worth the money. Will go back for the nice seafood and free flow of meat and other foods. 3 types of buffet price and good customer service as they care to explain each type of buffet.

Food's great, love the idea, AND CHEAP PARKING! The only thing is that we ordered premium menu but didn't know how to order and nobody told us in the beginning, so technically we paid for premium but only had basic menu's food.... RMB to ask guys! :-)

The food was good, service was great, price was affordable, but If you wanne more variaty, do come dinner time, don't come for 1130pm for supper as left food left.

Really nice experience. Good selection of food. Catered to last minute addition of pax. Good customer service. Regular refills of soup and seafood. Will come back again.

Nice place. A designated hand washing sink will go a long long way...Good ambiance and the food taste good. Some of the premium seafood does not taste as fresh as the free flow fridge.

Service was quite slow and there were not enough bowls and plates to go around while we were there. They might have used up for the earlier dinner crowd.

Good services offered, the staff there was there to render us help without hesitation, good food and we left the cafe with a full stomach.

Place is cramp but that is not a problem. Once drink emptied, they topup.. Also for the ice. Seafood is fresh! Friendly services by the crew especially Denise!

went on a Friday. Had the Pagoda buffet. they allow you to sit and eat for 2hrs. max 2.5hrs and they will chase you out

Don't be late if you're coming on the weekends. Easily crowded with big families. Food served are truly fresh and delicious. Will come back again soon.

Great place, near MRT station. Affordable price and a variety of food. Good for gathering and birthday parties. Unique experience of making own pizza. Value for money!

Had to wait a little longer because the table was not ready. Overall great food. Thai Milk Tea sweet just add ice to lessen the sweetness.

An amazing and fulfilling lunch! Tho I am totally not a fan of the ma la soup base, the staff was awesome in their service to change the top up for our soup to another flavour! The variety and option of food and drinks were amazing as well. I didn’t notice the parking at first so I had to parked at a distant away thus it’s inportant to keep a lookout for the turn into the building if you are driving, otherwise location is just near Tai Seng Mrt, convenient!

The restaurant location is accessible - 5 to 7 mins walk from Tai Seng MRT. The ambience is simple. It's a steamboat restaurant after all. Do not expect long trails of buffet spread but the restaurant has menu for customers to order ala carte. Staffs are very helpful. Some of the dishes work better than others. Love the herbal tonic soup and tom yam soup. Prefer Cheese sauce over salted egg sauce. Overall I would say food is above average but not fantastic.

A little disappointed as were told that we had 2 hours only for sit in dinner. Overall service was good by the staff. Drink variety could be improved with a few more options. Food variety were nice and fresh seafood served.

The food was just okay..the table set up at the glass dining area should be limited to a certain number. The patrons were seen squeezing within 2 chairs to get to their table throughout dinner due to the big group seated in the centre of the dining area.

Space was so cramped. Food served was okay. Soup was pretty blend. Time to enjoy the buffet is limit to 2hrs. Overall a lil pricey. There is better place to eat for the same price at better spread.

We had the Pagoda Steamboat buffet, deluxe menu. The seafood is very fresh. The soup at the start had not much taste but as we cooked our food, the soup was filled with the sweetness of the seafood. The grill layer took a tad longer to cook. Pls change the fruit punch - it tasted like cough syrup. The seating space was quite tight, quite difficult to move around when the cafe was full. Replenishing of plates, bowls and cutlery was a bit slow (I think they are short handed) but most of the staff are polite and helpful. . Overall, a decent experience especially when the cafe was less crowded after 7pm.

Waiting time too long to serve. Not enough staffs to attend to customers. A bit messy. Hope they can improve in the coming months. Overall, okay.

Big drop in service and food standards. Been here a few times already but this will definitely be the last. New staff were rude and unfriendly and unaccommodating. Pizza has also been changed to a limit of 1 per person. Food variety has dropped too and most are chicken. Beef was hard and tough and not very well marinated. Won’t be back anymore! What a pity.

Hi, we made a visit to Flames Cafe last weekend. We ordered the supreme which consist of 2 soup choice. The Mala soup is disappointing. The tom yam was still ok but we had to add chilli padi to give it a better taste. The labels for the chicken and meat were rather confusing as we are unsure which is which. However, staffs there are helpful and thank you for allocating us to the air conditioned room. Appreciate it! It was a good ambiance!

The seafood selection was good however the varity of food can be improved. The ambience of the place was ok and the staffs were friendly and helpful.

The experience that we had in Flame Cafe was tremendous! Kudos to all the staff that is working at the time of our visit at the restaurant. Special thanks to Abie for going the Extra Mile in surprising my fiance for her birthday. The seafood served is fresh, the Cheese Sauce is awesome and the soup tasted just nice. We had a wonderful dining experience at Flames Cafe and this is worth recommending to my friends and families. Thank you all at Flames Cafe! A job well done!

Should improve on the customer service, the speed of service, the layout of the tables in the restaurant. Quite cramp for customers to move around to take the food. Needs to top up drinks, ice cubes, plates etc and desserts fast. Food were ok.

Nice experience except for the aircon leaking water but the people was noce to help us move the table away from the leaking are. I think it will be great if staff could be more attentive in clearing our empty bowls and plates.

When we arrived, no one was there to attend to us. Place is too squeezy, small. Limited choices of food, given that we have to pay 30++ for buffet. But workers there are nice and always smiling.

I guess they were short staffed when i visited them on Sunday, 24th Sept. Took some time for them to replenish foods that was finished. To be honest, personally i feel dining at Seoul Garden has a better experience. Same number of crowd, everything is always topped up, better air con.

Not as fantastic be it food and service. I will rather go Seoul Garden for a steamboat meal in the future. Don't think will ever go back again.

Im a physically disabled, to get to the food is restricted due to the seating and food arrangement. I can barely see what food is there. Guess the layout for e food and seating could be improved. As the space is quite limited, often bump one and another. Someone nearly fall on me with food on his hand, as maybe I'm on a wheelchair and e food excite him thus didnt really notice I was queuing too. The pricing is affordable and yet confusing between $19.90 & $29.90. As it was a 1st time for me, to understand took a while and wasted time on which one to tick. Would be good if the pricing is easy to understand. Service is good and friendly staff which is approachable and helpful.

Good portion good service food is good too. Will be back again to eat soon. keep up the good work, but food can be fresher.

Great cafe with great food. Real deal and value for money! My favorite here is the lemongrass chicken. it's a great place to have lunch with colleagues

Nice food and ambience at reasonable pricing. Conveniently located at the heart of Tai Seng which is only 5 minutes away from the nearest MRT station.

It was super awesome the food was nice and the place ambience is good too 1st time i ever saw and tried a 4 tier cheese steamboat

Stepping in, the place looks like it has seen better days. Deco is not chic like in the pictures online suggests. It looks like kopi tiam / food court. However, the food was turned out pretty good, ingredients used was fresh. I ordered chilli crab pasta and the crab tasted good. Chicken Alfredo came with tasty grilled chicken and lots of mushrooms. However, menu said chicken Alfredo comes with broccoli but there were only some raw salad leaves that came with it in the end. Generally food tasted good but its a little overpriced. The locations is rather obscure, so its not worth travelling over for the slight above average food. Reason I still gave a 4 is because their forte seems to be their special steamboat which we did not try so I presume people would still travel there for that. But if you are only looking for a nice place to hang and have a bite, i don't think this is the place.

love this place! good food and great atmosphere. definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for something yummy and romantic but hippy. really enjoyed myself

Good food and a quiet place for a lunch meet. The fish and chips is quite light and fresh :) Recommended. Will be back soon.

The staff was nice, attentive. Portion was ok. The food can be improved a little bit. Most of the time, I used the soup to cook cause the BBQ one took quite long to cook. Overall, the experience was good

First time visiting Flame Cafe. The food there is so so only and was not claim to be as per review that post on social media However, the price paid is still very worth it as there is quite a good variety of seafood to choose from. However, my Friend and I feel that the spacing in between table was rather cramp and make it rather difficult for movement as it is a buffet ( free and easy). We was seated at the inner table and when the staff place our guest near to each table ,the space was so cramp that we nearly able to move to refill our drink or take our dessert. Due to the crampiness of the place , the staff have quite a difficulty to reach our desk for topping up the soup base.

Pretty good place that provides both western cuisine and pagoda steamboat mookata, even though all the people there is only having mookata. Let us chilled for about 3hrs instead of normal buffet places which will kick you out. Even though we're having buffet they still treat us like we're cafe patrons. Definitely good place to chill out once their mookata promotion ends? maybe

serving was generous enough. seafood was v fresh. marinated meats were quite mediocre, but the black pepper chicken was esp good. lots of selection for ytf and veggies. The amount of cheese provided was also sufficient. Very good service. allowed us to use their power plugs for charging. staff were friendly and attentive as well. only downside is that some of the cutlery for the ice cream seemed dirty.

Seafood was not too fresh. It will be better if customers can take their own seafood and meat as it will be easier to for customers to take the correct portion. Need to have more variety for desserts.

It was simply fantastic. Good ambience, delicious food and friendly staff. What else can I demand? Will definitely come back again! Keep the good job!

saw many having the steam boat here so i suppose that must be their specialty. had their brunch menu and that was ok. but i think a return trip for the steamboat is on the cards

service was good, food was not bad.. enjoyed the salad bar and dessert corner, wide range. cheese dip was appetising and environment is pleasing and comfortable.
