1. My reservation was not reflected in their reservation list but they still give me a table. 2. Service was good and the waiters and waitresses were very responsive. 3. Clothing smelled of BBQ when we left the place.

Make a reservation at 7pm during 31 Dec'16 but was being told that we still have to wait. End up we only have our dinner at 8.30pm, what the point of making reservation when we have to wait for so long ? Food was alright, love the cheese. Meat portion too much esp the lamb.

Service was very good but food was not fantastic. The BBQ took quite long to cook. The air con was not strong so was feeling hot eating the steamboat.

Okay environment.. Abit difficult to find e location ... Bowls n cutlery not wash cleanly.. Have to request to chg.. Food some not very fresh

prawn was fresh and good. cheese is awesome. chicken meat was good as well. staff is very friendly. would recommend another friend to come and eat at this place.

Cafe was very crowded and kind of under-staffed. Food was abit on the salty side. Aircon wasn't cold enough either. Overall experience was just so-so.

The 4-tier steamboat is a novelty? But besides that, the food is passable only. Environment very noisy for a proper gathering. Steamboat soup not boiling enough to cook the food.

The price for the pagoda steamboat has increased a lot. The food is nice but the portion is not big enough. For $50 (2pax) on only seafood without vege, I think the price is not attractive compare to steamboat buffet offer by other restaurants. Staff is friendly. I might try their western food next round.

Yummy four tier pagoda steamboat that is worth trying if you havent already tried it! :) Steam, Cheese, BBQ and Steamboat all could be enjoyed together. :)

lively and spacious .. had a la carte food and wasn't too bad .. most ppl go there for their hotpot though .. and it's rather stuffy due to the fumes in the enclosed air condition restaurant ..

Food was so so. Was under the 20% reservation discount but was not given during payment. Premises quite spacious though. Should include more variety for hotpot.

The place was too crowded, we got our reservation of 2030 at 2115. Reservation is still highly recommended (Vs walk in), just be preparedness to wait as it gets crowded and short staffed at times

By the time I got there, they've ran out of all meats, and the Chef decided to replace chicken and chicken wings with loads of sausages. Was quite a wait too as they ran out of the steamboat. Many were left without the steamboat for a while. Service was pretty good though

Ordered the CNY menu: fish and crab were not fresh. Beef and mutton were very tough. Was given seats that were at the back of the restaurant, probably the Sparkz bar area so was pretty dark.

Excellent food! The Bangers and mash potatoes was done just right and the sauce was flavourful. The chilli crab pasta was delicious and best with linguini.

The food is good but service is average and the food is abit expensive. The ice-lemon tea not worth to Oder 1 glass $4.20 and it only 3 quarter full.

In terms of price wise seems to be pricey. You might wana consider order more as potion quite little when comes to seafood & meat combo.

Food was way below average. Laksa pasta was REALLY undercooked and dry. I ordered the earl grey tea latte and what came was earl grey with milk on the side. Not sure what was I expecting but it was definitely not that. The mashed potato on the Ribeye was tough and dry and cold. Fells like it has been left out for a long period of time. The saving grace was the chocolate lava cake which was rich, and molten in the center. I wouldn't recommend that place for a date night as the entire restaurant has a strong steamboat smell.

Overall a great dining experience for groups - be prepared to get smoked by the seating area you see once you step into the restaurant. If you get the seating area further inside (their private function room), that's the best spot as it is cooling and not that smokey. A little difficult to catch the attention of service crew as we were seated inside inside, otherwise they respond fast once you manage to catch them for any requests.

Foodwise not bad, servicewise need a little improvement as nobody was at the counter when we arrived for our reservation. Still an okay experience overall.

Lamb slices are so thick, it took really long to BBQ and when it was done, it was unchewable. Wasn't comfortable with the cold hard fried wanton that went soft when boiled and was half cold when BBQ for some time. Fish paste was very saltish. Soggy, sticky rice was served. Service by two ladies were good though.

Good environment and the food is not bad. The food just nice for 2 person. The place is easy to find and the staff are friendly.

Service staff r friendly despite the crowd. Service 5/5 Food 3/5 Waffles 4/5 Food was so-so.... acceptable for the price, will b better if they improve the quality of food. Waffles is nice... the kids kept ordering it repeatively

The lamb and duck were dry and tasteless. The presentation of the lamb was unappetising. It's like a heap of black meat piled together. The chili crab pasta was too sweet. Disappointed with the food overall.

Value for money and the food was great. The only downside is that the restaurant was really stuffy as the air con was weak. Hope they can improve the strengths of the air conditioning. Will recommend this to my friends.

The seafood is not fresh and all the meat are marinated in the same way and not so tasty. They should have an option for non marinated meat since the base pot is steamboat. But I must say that the staff are friendly.

The cafe is easily located and only less than 5 minutes from Tai Seng MRT. The staff were polite and service was rather fast. The chilli crab pasta was delicious though it was somehow more sweet than spicy. My friend ordered the beef burger and she enjoyed it. They gave a generous serving of the french fries.

Very bad service and food. The content of the set was changed without any form of informing, and the quantity was very small. Don't ever go there.

Ordered wild mushroom soup and vegetarian lasagne and they were pretty tasty. Staff were polite and friendly.

This is my 1st time .I was bring along my love sister too. We r the 1st time too. The staff r very nice n friends too.the food r very fresh too. We r so full . I will be back again n will bring more friends n my family too.I n my sister like it very much! Well done! !

Ventilation can be improved. Service was generally pleasant. Seating can be further improved, such as having a round table instead of seated along one line which makes interaction very limited.

Nice friendly and polite staff in the restaurant. Some things they can improve is that the steamboat area can be expanded so that its not just limited to sitting at the sides but also at the centre where its more cooling. Also, hope to be able to see baby changing room in the toilets.

Great service and food! Enjoyed myself there! The hot pot looks great! Would definitely head down another time to give it a try! Overall, great!

Overall Quite good ! The seafood is fresh and the meat tates good. But the cheese toufu top up portion can be more ! overall the atmosphere is good and staff are nice

Tried the pagoda hotpot, really good experience and value for money! (Y) It's really delicious too! Friendly and helpful staffs as well :) Will definitely be back again to try other items on the menu :)

Staff was friendly and nice. The cheese was good. But the quality of the chicken meat can be better. Service can still be improved by them being more prompt in refilling the soup. But overall it was a good experience.

Good, attentive and approachable service! Place is spacious and comfortable. The food is fresh, looks appetizing and portion is just nice for 2 pax :)

I had the the famous steamboat and BBQ set. Food was alright. The place was very accessible as it was walkable from tai seng mrt station.

Aside from a small misunderstanding after the food order was taken, service was generally great. Servers were friendly and attentive. We had the pagoda steamboat. Food was good, although the meat platter could probably have done with a bit more variety. Only downside is the ventilation. Despite the high ceilings and air-con on at full blast, the place was still quite smoky, especially when there is a full house, and most tables have a pagoda steamboat cooking.

Service was good. Mala soup based was quite disappointing. Food take quite long to cook. Idea was interesting. It was filling! Varieties and choices of ingredients

Food normal. Service very slow. Paid the premium price for premium buffet but was given normal buffet food and need to keep asking for this and that. Waiting time very long for food.

a bit expensive n e soup base need to pay. which was not told in advance knowing after when I made payment. depend e which kind of soup you choose. i feel that steamboat should have basic soup base provided other soup base then is required to pay for different favour. how can steamboat without soup n pay for soup. something I do not like e idea. service so so. need to improve as I feel is new management not so smooth on the process.. only one thing if different to cause curious steam n cheese layer. .

A nice place to chill with friends for dinner, love the 4 tier pagoda steamboat but the service was a bit slow and staffs looked very tired.

We had the meat combo cheesy pagoda. The cheese was nice and the food was OK, and quite cheap so it's good value. But I thought the meats were only so-so.

Great service and friendly staffs. Location was also quite convenient as it was near the mrt.

It was definitely a great experience. Affordable however i feel the food availability is quite limited but overall experience was wonderful me and my friend enjoy very much
