Layout and service can be improve,food is ok, needs more variety for deluxe selection. Environment can be more cooling as it is quite hot inside

The food is nice but the seating arrangements is abit inconvenient of u are seated inside. The mini pizza is a good idea. Would recommend to others.

It was good. Friendly staffs and good environment to chill out after work. Although we were late, we legit had a fruitful dinner and a memorable one

The food was nice but the place was hot. Quite a variety of food even for the cheapest option but not much variety for dessert - just ice cream (no toppings) and fruits. The thai milk tea was too sweet but if you put lots of ice, it is very nice and creamy. We got the supreme package and they gave 1 big crab (choose one flavour - buttermilk/ black pepper or chilli) and a platter of sashimi for that. And for supreme package also have extra stuff you can order from the kitchen). I think next time won't go for the supreme because too much food, the buffet is already enough. Don't waste your money. The grill tier of the pagoda steamboat was not hot enough so we mostly put everything into the soup base. But I saw the next table also had the same problem and the staff offered to grill it for them in the kitchen and brought it back to the table. You just need to ask them if you have any issues and they are very willing to help. They indicate we can stay there for maximum 2 hours but they say generally they won't chase you away unless there is a very long queue.

The variety of food was adequate to choose from. However the salted egg dip was super salty and lack the likeness of fragrance and sweetness to the original salted egg sauce. Fresh tubs of ice cream was not refill as soon as it was empty. The staff only concentrated on topping up the ingredients for the steamboat. But staffs were efficient in helping with the order request.

For once this sleepy restaurant is crowded during lunch. So much so that their staff can be seen fumbling with orders and service. This time I had the 200g strip loin with mushroom soup. Reasonable portion of meat, albeit about 15% of that were fat and tendon. Soup is flavoursome and had loads of mushroom bits. Only thing left to try is their 4-tier combo steamboat buffet it seems. Quite a few tables were having this. Over all a nice place to have a decent meal. Food is good; service needs a little beefing up though.

Service is wonderful. Friendly staff , very helpful. Supreme pagoda buffet set was worth it if you have a bottomless pit. Place was quite easy to find since its at the front of a building.

I very recommend this restaurant as u can get very fresh seafood and the environment is very clean, u feel very relax there not like other steamboat restaurant which is very noisy and dirty and it's halal

Nice interior layout and was rather pleased with the variety of seafood available. Did not manage to try the DIY pizza, so would probably try it the next time.

Ambience was great and that's about it. Food varieties are less as duplication of plates on chiller. No one bothers to top up the ice cream & housekeeping (especially at the cashier counter) was horrendous. It took them sometime to serve the soup.

Stuffy and cramped. Same tongs were used to handle food selection. The grilling tier of the pagoda steamboat did not cook as fast. The salted egg yolk dip could have tasted way better.

Great experience at Flame Cafe with the Pagoda Steamboat buffet. Place was very crowded on Sat night but staff responded quite promptly in our requests.

Food spread is good but this is the most complicated buffet i ever had in my life. Probablh cos they way the staff explain is very unclear. They just duno how to put things in word and left me and my friends full of question mark. They are helpful though. They tried their best to explain themselves. Service is super slow. We waited fr 30mins for the soup and pagoda set to arrive aftr more than 5 reminders. No complain abt food spread.

There was sufficient food -good. The setback was insufficient fork And spoon, tongs and ladles. They took some time to prepare the steamboat and broth

The staff could not keep up topping up the food items. Could have more variety. Overall, food was great. Keep up the good work and looking forward to visit again.

Wide selection of food Great ambience for gathering. The chicken soup and sauces are great. I will highly recommend to people who work at two Seng.

Serving on tiered setting is new. Mala soup is good. Food is fresh and service is fast. Recommended for those looking for steamboat and bbq.

We prefer sitting outside. Much more space to move around. Food was good 👍👌 only that we have to wait quite long for them to set up our steamboat. Friendlly staffs..good service from staff Jodian.

Lovely staff who were quick on their feet and extremly friendly. The food was absolutely great, especially the tom yum soup and the price is just right. Will recommend to others and will definitely come again!

What a lovely experience. It was not only a place to eat, but have a lovely experience with your family and friends. The food was delicious and the price was acceptable with the range given. The ambiance was nice, and location was walking distance from the train. I went on a Saturday afternoon, and the place was packed but still, the staff offered excellent service. I will return. Thanks.

The place ambience is nice , food is delicious with the cheese to dip in with but steamboat food variety not much. Service was ok good. Overall is worth to give it a try.

The restaurant rendered good service, follow up on customer's dining experience and ask for area of improvement. Location near to Tai Seng train station. Worth visiting The Flame Cafe.
