very good service here and good food too, great to have the pogoda buffet in a nice air-conditioned environment. even buffet also have 3 choices and can go for ala carte as well.

The price we pay for was reasonable for the variety of food you get. But the food selections are quite standard. The atmosphere of the eatery is okay.

Service there was great. Staffs were really friendly. Ambience of the store was really relaxing. It's not the best food I ever tasted, but it was worth it for an experience.

2nd visit and see improvment to the cafe. Value for money for buffet and ingredients are fresh. Free flow drinks only Milk Tea is more tasty. Improvement to other drinks.

Cafe was severely understaffed. Many dishes missing without warning. Service staff lacks initiative. Seafood came out icy. Utensils not served, no one introduces anything. OVerall a bad experience.

Very good. Flame cafe staff are very customer oriented. Food are fresh, but the place is not cool enough. Hope they can improve and keep the place cold. Will visit again.

We took the outdoor seat because we are big group. The service is good, steamboat soup and the indoor ventilating need to be improved. By surprise, we received a Mother's Day gift. Overall i'm a happy customer.

Food was not cooked at the top of steamboat, however overall food is good but price is a bit too expensive as for the food is not much for the price.

Nice food and think they are shortage of manpower. We enjoyed our food and the 4-Tier Steamboat. Value for money. will go there again soon

The hotpot was not working well n after waiting for 8-10mins, we had to change for another one. Even then, only one side of the soup is boiling so we had to shift the position of the hotpot, which didn't help much. Was alittle disappointing.

Food, services, space need to be improved. The price wise, I would say, if it is about 20+, it may be okay. But charging for 38+, it does not have the standard and worth the prices.

Seafood not fresh at all. Prawn taste not fresh. Price is so expensive as well. Chicken had no taste. Beef is not nice. Not clean as well. When meat was serve there is hair on top of it. Bowl is not clean as well. When asked for our oyster. It took so long to come.

All the vegetable was sandy and Not wash! The cheese very Low quality! Service forget about it! All drink was hot! Service staff work without shoes or slipper. Unbelievable experience for sure my first and last time!

Food was amazing, the soup was filled with taste and the selections were plenty, what they lack is their menu is a little complicated and it has to be explained with regards to the premium or superior prices that you are paying and what additional you'll be getting in return. For the sashimi, they have only meouro and another fish but no salmon. Maybe when they should say raw fish instead of a selection of sashimi.

It was a terrifying experience. We sat down at 8pm, ordered and waited for 45min before the food arrive. Good quality was poor and staffs were limited. Though they acknowledged your signal, but took them ages to come over for your request. No offence on their delay as they were held up with many other table's request. For benefit of the doubt, I would attribute that to the shortage of manpower as there were only 3 staffs (as far as I can see moving around on the ground). For compliments if there were any, the atmosphere by far was fine considering located in Capitol.

Tried the pagoda 4 tier steamboat with cheese dips. Nice variety of food choices from the menu, steamboat soup is good. Meat quality could be improved

food likewise nothing special. special is only the tier cooking tower. service can be much better. after ordering of food a bit slow in serving the food. ordered 2 plate of prawns (5 in a plate) 1 of them is not fresh. overall the prawns freshness is 6/10

Went there last Thursday with my friends. We ordered the supreme steamboat set which includes snow crab legs, blue swimmer crab and crayfish. We waited for the steamboat (the physical equipment) for quite some time. No one updated us until we checked with the staff. Staff were quite friendly when approached. When we wanted to get some drinks, the ice column was empty so we had to wait for them to top it up. As we ordered snow crab legs earlier on but it wasn't given to us, we checked with the staff just to find out that they had ran out of it. Half way through the dinner, the steamboat ran out of gas. Dinner had to be disrupted as staff replaced the gas cannula. In general, there was a good variety of meat and vegetables and the seafood (craysmfish, prawns, squid etc) were quite fresh. Even so, we feel that we won't be back again as the restaurant was quite inaccessible as it is situated in an industrial area.

The delivery of food was slow, especially if you are ordering seafood. Food is so-so and drinks are quite diluted even without adding ice cubes.

Food for steamboat is good lots of varieties, ice cream never top up, limited drinks selection, acceptable service and reasonable pricing for the free flow buffet.

Service is good. Convenient location with easy parking. The restaurant is spacious and bright. Not many choices but the food is fresh. The soup base is average and can be better.

Food is so-so only. As there are indoor seats only, this makes the entire restaurant hot and smoky. Quite unbearable for the eyes. You'll also walk out smelling like BBQ yourself. Should really consider setting up more fans for ventilation.

The food is not that good... The cheese in the buffet is novel though. Nice experience to have the cheese with grilled meats. Steaming prawns and crayfish is the saving grace!

Keep up the good services. Nice environment. Food was great especially the cheese oyster, crayfish and prawns. Just that the music or songs played were quite old and has effected our appetite during dinning.

Had the 4 tier steamboat. Food was good, great place to catch up with friends over dinner. could park at nearby outdoor parking for free during weekday dinner.

Their 4 tiers steamboat is definitely worth a try! Pleasant staffs that tried their best to accommodate your request. Reasonably priced and will go again next time.

they should hire more people to handle the festive crowds. We booked and got seated on the inner compartment room table, but had to wait an hr+ without anyone asking for orders and we told the guys that wad we wanted, was told to wait (they are serving drinks btw). 1 lady is busy cleaning the tables, another is busy arranging the reservation in and out of the cafe. The 2 guys (1 malay) at the inner room serving drinks, are not taking any food order but told to wait/soon soon. Not initiative, nor sense or urgency and the ladies are doing better then them. The table beside us are also waiting, the table opp us are also waiting for their order and food. Lastly, the drks came only after 45 mins of waiting but we left (we kindly inform the lady) since it's being ignored (our tables are empty without any stove, only plates and bowl nor utensils). Looking at the food, it's still worth a try, but not during festive season or peak period when they are shortage of people.

Not bad but probably will not come back. The aircon did not seem to be working, even when I stepped in with just a couple of tables filled, it did not feel cold at all. I ate my dinner sweating, but I was sitting by the door so Im not sure if it where I sat. Pagoda steamboat was alright but the meat was too salty. Ended downing cups of water and vomited when I went home as my stomach couldn't digest it at all. Drink section was not so good too, lemon tea was too sweet, went for water instead. Guess the ice cream was the only saviour that day. Worth the hype to try it out only.

Service was good. However, food was average. The cheese for the steamboat was too thick. Ambience was good, as there were not too many people.

Soup has stainless steel sponge particles. Only found out after almost finishing in. Staff not well trained. All items ordered but in the end after waiting for a certain period then was informed that it was out of stock. And I wasn't informed that the BBQ pargoda has a Super Long waiting time even when I asked about it when I entered the cafe. Quality of food not there. Highly doubt that I will ever go back or intro anyone else. And I paid so much for such a standard. All in all I only got a sorry and thank you. Nothing else was done. Besides asking to change the soup base, but what's the point when i was gonna finish and the soup base is also from the same pot in the kitchen. Still equally unhygienic. Disappointment. Was quite excited to try the cafe but really big disappoint as its my dad's birthday. Sigh.

Bought seafood and meat combo. Thinking that there will be no vegetables included in the combo, we ordered sides which cost us(3ppl) $15. However, when we were given a plate of complimentary vegetables, we felt that we ordered too much since the sides consist of many ingredients. Would recommend people to order other dishes after see the portion.

We have a wonderful celebration of my friend's birthday. Their staffs are helpful. Price & food are good. Location is very convenient. Near Tai seng mrt station. Overall we are enjoyed our dinner at Flame cafe.

The service rendered by the staff was excellent. However, the food failed to cook quickly (Pagoda Steamboat). Food is also pricey. Spent $75 on it for 2 pax.

The seafood wasn't that bad but I felt that the price was not worth it for the buffet. The beef ordered had a weird sour taste. The grill section of the 4-tier hotpot was too small and hard to cook and the staff were unprofessional and awkward.

Interesting concept and big portions. However, it would be good to have ventilation as it can smoky during peak hours. Most of the staff are friendly, with good service.

Very good service. Like my experience there. Food was ok, waiter and waitress very well manner and care about you. Overall a very good experience.

The staff are very prompt in serving and friendly too. The ambiance is very cosy. A nice place to hangout with friends. Will intro more friends.

Interesting pagoda buffet. The cheese is yummy and the meat serving is generous. Good for big group setting of 8 to 12if prior reservation is made.

In terms of service, they were good. Foodwise, was not so fantastic but the place was nice. Not too crowded though I went on a Friday and you can have your personal space to chat and eat.

First time visited the restaurant for its pagoda cheesy steam hotpot. The service and the food were good. We had quite a range of complimentary dishes.

2 person. Order 4 tier STEAMBOAT We order seafood mix meat set + $15 Vegetable set. Soup base tastes good, seafood mix meat set food doesn't have much variety for hotpot. Most of them for BBQ or steam. We have add-on Vegetable set, then have veg for hotpot, if have sliced beef or pork for hot pot will much better. The cheese tastes good... overall not bad... can try.

I didn't even get to the restaurant because even though I booked a week in advance, they only called 2 hours before my slot to inform me that they had to shift my slot to an hour later at 830pm on a Friday evening. Extremely disappointed.

Service stuff not very attentive. Tried the 4 Tier, not very impressive. Lucky got 20% discount if not it was abit over price. If do go there again might try other things

The food is too pricy but the food was nice overall. I enjoy my time having the ginseng chicken soup and mai lai soup but the soup was too salty at the end of our dinner with the seabass we steam on top have become more salty

Very disorganised and the place has bad ventilation. Smelt like the shop after we left the place. Overall the food was just average and it takes quite some time for the waitress to top up the utensils and refill of soup and cheese.

Service was good, Service staff although not properly trained but were attentive and happy to accede to any of our requests. Food was aright but the beef served tasted strange and the crab was not very fresh. Apart from that the owner who was present was very helpful and attentive.
