Other than Chinese tea.. there is no hot drink like coffee or black tea.. Asked the staff and was told that today don't have.. Kinda disappointed as I recall my last visit has but not today..

We came after a huge crowd thus less food at the meat section. Also, didn't expect the drinks to be limited. Ice cream was also not top up. Some of the meat are kind of salty.

A great place for families and friends to get together. Awesome place to have steamboat, barbecue and steaming ALL at the same time. A good spread of dishes from various meats to seafood and vegetables. The cumin beef is a must-try. There's even an ala carte menu for those who prefer Western mains.

The bigger seating area was closed for a wedding set up. We were put in a cramped room & in a very incovenient seat where everyone would have to cross us in order to go out & refill their order. Food was the saving grace. The small area made it even noisier as there was a rowdy group dining at the same time. No complains about staff. They were great

The whole concept was unique , food is not bad. But the soup base is toooo salty even when we never put any ingredients . We order herbal and chicken but it taste very very salty so we gave up drinking

Their website is outdated and inaccurate. We were planning to order from the Pagoda Steamboat AlaCarte Menu, as shown on their website, only to be told that the menu no longer exists. They also no longer serve crab which is the main reason we had chosen the restaurant. The plates are also very dusty and the place is dark and gloomy. The variety of food is sadly very small and not worth the price. Save your money and go to a cheap kbbq restaurant and u will get a wider variety of food in a cheerful atmosphere. I wanted to spend my first paycheck in a fancy restaurant and I was sorely disappointed.

First time here and the waiting time was short, but food serve was in generous portion. worth the wait overall .

Great ambience. Not crowded on Sunday. Staffs were efficient in responding to us. Salted egg sauce is not the best I had. It could be improved as it’s not fragrant enough. Not much options to choose from. They had basic steam boat options, noodle and stuffs but didn’t have white rice as part of the buffet. Ice cream was amazing. I don’t mind coming back again.

Ordered Tom Yum Soup set. The taste of the food can be better but not bad for the price paid during lunch. They offer several options for sets that come with drink/soup during lunch hours. Nice environment. Friendly staff. No additional GST and service charge. Overall, a great place for a meal with friends and family.

Service was a bit slow and was surprised that some condiments (chilli padi) was not available. Limited choices as ours was the Deluxe menu. Some vegs not topped up when it ran out. Still a good alternative hotpot venue for consideration.

This is a four-tier steamboat cum grill cum cheese dip cum steamer all rolled into one. We ate the Deluxe option of this buffet steamboat. It included meat (chicken, lamb, beef) that were marinated in various flavour (black pepper, tom yam, etc.) and vegetables for our steamboat. The Deluxe option came with only the chicken soup base & melted cheese dip. One would have to top up money for a different soup base. The steamboat buffet came with free flow beverages like Chinese tea, water, lemonade, Thai Milk Tea, etc. and ice-cream (flavours included matcha, mocha, etc.). The variety of vegetables and meat in the Deluxe option was decent. The second tier of the steamboat allowed us to grill the meat but the temperature was not high enough, so it took a very long time to cook the meat. The cheese dip on the third tier was nice as the cheese melted and was kept warm. The steamer on the fourth tier was small in size but served its purpose well. Overall experience is good.

My 2nd time here. Enjoyed the pagoda steamboat and cheese dip. Delicious! The only thing we hope that they could have is to serve some cooked finger food while waiting for the items in steamboat to be fully cooked.

Neutral, their food quality is not as consistent as one would hope. Best to attend during an average peak timing. Low and high peak periods tend to see a slack in service.
