Bistro Du Vin - Shaw Centre

As always we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant. Phillipe secured our table earlier than our reserved time and personally welcomed us. We shared our favourite duck rillette, mushroom soup and steak frites with 2 glasses of wine. Service was good and food delicious. Will go again

The food is fantastic, served hot & I loved the onion soup & the entree Carpaccio de poulpe. Lovely done & it’s super fresh. The boss of the restaurant made an effort to walk around to chat with the customers. Will come back again

The food is outstanding and chef came to each table to seek for feedbacks. Pretty good to dine in Michelin guided restaurant with my girlfriend.

Food was good. Service was friendly and adequate. It was bit warm and stuffy where our table was nearer the kitchen. Staff adjusted aircon so got bit better after that. Overall a pleasant dining experience.

Thought that tea was part of the set lunch as the waiter did not inform that it was chargeable when I ordered tea as I asked dessert to be served

foods are always good but service was not that great. the one who took our order was unable to explain us the dishes on the menu. hope they would get more experienced.

Lovely food and warm, welcoming staff. The specials are delicious and worth exploring. The wine list is varied and we thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance and great food. I come here regularly and will always come back.

We had the 3 course meal. The onion soup and foie gras were good but the duck confit was too salty. The restaurant service was slow.

The service was great. Especially the French manager was so friendly and helpful. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the chef spoke Japanese. He worked in Kamakura, Japan for some years.... Overall it was a very nice experience. I will certainly come again.

Great service. Food was good. Ambience is great to enjoy a great dinner with family and friends. Only regret was it doesn’t serve lamb shank anymore compared to many years ago.

Excellent food and wine with reasonable price. They did change the menu but it is still great. Personally I love the lamb. Very delicious. Not forgetting the desert also

Nice place to chill with friends. Had the onion soup, pork rack, Duck confit, 300g sirloin steak - very nice and hearty! Service was prompt too!

Have been dining with BDV very frequently, their service and food are excellent. Beef cheek, duck confit and onion soup are my favourite. As for dessert I prefer their creme brulee and lava cake.. so yummy delicious..

Nice little authentic french restaurant right in the heart of Singapore, great location. Grand Marnier Soufflé is awesome and lovely!! Reasonably priced menu. Highly recommended

Great service and the food is truly authentic with real French and high quality products. Highly recommended! We reached out to Philippe, the director or Laurent, the chef to get some suggestions for dishes and wine and we were not disappointed.

Food, wine and service were excellent and good value. The espressos used to be very good but this time they were bitter. I would especially recommend the souffle with either calvados or Grand Marnier.

Good but rather slow service, nice ambiance & reasonable prices, particularly for wine & spirits, at such a place. Goats cheese starter, duck & mussels mains were great. Calvados at $18 a great way to end the dinner.

Food was good as always. Service fine although were not proposed desert after 20mn we finished our main so we asked for check as couldn’t wait more.

Service was very average. Level of quality of meat wasnt worth the price. Flavours were below realy french flavours. Only reason gave score instead od 1 is the wife enjoyed her entree only

Great foie gras but the mains were disappointing. The steak was overly charred and was bitter but they replaced it without question. The duck confit was overly salty too. Choc cake dessert was mediocre. Service was good but was frankly expecting better food since they were once a michelin star restaurant

Nice summer menu. Everything was well presented and tasty as the ravioli de langoustines or squid carpaccio. As well the pithiviers of duck breast and the desserts. Nice atmosphere of a French bistro. Excellent service.

Courteous waiters and sumptuous food but the lizards crawling along the wall and everyone was oblivious to them just didn’t make it right. Hope the restaurant can do something about it.

It’s always one of my favourite restaurant, the waiters are all friendly. Food is delicious and fresh. The only improvement area is the wine collections, it’s too limited.

Service was attentive. Food was well presented. The fois gras was great. The set lunch of 3 courses was priced affordabiy. If you ordered a la carte it would have cost a lot more.

Quandoo is easy to use for booking. Only it does not have competitive program for discount. Can do better? For exsmple, for celebrating birthday, may Quandoo help negotiate a surprise birthday cake and candle with the restaurant? Thanks.

The food and wine recommendation was amazingly good! The restaurant was busy but the service was not compromised at all. This is our second time to the restaurant and will definitely come back again!

Food is good, and so is the service. Good value for lunch set. Only issue is table is a little small, and place is a little noisy, but it's lively
