Step into the holiday cheer at il Cielo with an Italian festive dinner brimming with flavours. Begin with Octopus Carpaccio with Citrus & Pink Pepper – an antipasto to awaken the palate. For the first course, choose between Black Ink Fettuccine with Lobster and Sea Urchin, a homemade squid ink pasta in a rich lobster bisque reduction with fresh sea urchins and a hint of Sorrento lemon zest, or Black Angus and Castelmagno Risotto with Amaretti Crumble, where creamy Castelmagno cheese and velvety Acquarello rice cradle braised beef rib chunks. The main course features Duck Breast with Marsala Glaze or Mediterranean Herb-Crusted Lumina Lamb Loin, paired with seasonal accompaniments. Conclude with Panettone French Toast with Chantilly Cream and Wild Berries, a sweet finale evoking the flavours of an Italian Christmas table

Take your pick of three standout mains: the rich and hearty Manzo Brasato with red wine braised Angus Beef Rib, the comforting Parmigiana layered with tomato passata, mozzarella, and pesto, or Branzino, a farmed Atlantic sea bass fillet served with potato terrine.
