Nice food and reasonable pricing. But we still have to wait for 30 mins even though we have made a reservation..

The ingredients used in the steamboat is very delicious and fresh, especially the prawns. The tomato soup is a must try due to its elegant and fragrance.

Highly recommend the place if you want cheap and good hot pot. You can eat all you can!

Staff attitude was horrendous, waiting time was horrendous even with booking.... taste average. Not worth.

Relatively Long waiting time but food was nice and filling.

Would suggest if we could be seated on time since we made reservations. We have waited 1hr even when we made reservation.

Though reservation was made at a specific time you are expected to further wait for another 30min to 60min for your turn!

Third time back here would say the quality dropped slightly and the service as usual but yeah would still come as its value for money

Could use more variety for dessert. Over all a good experience.

Clean and fresh food! Please make a booking in advance especially Fridays because the queue's gonna be pretty long! Service is alright, they only accept cash payments, and oh they do charge for wastage of food!

Still took about 30mins to get a table despite making a reservation and the service staff in charge of the resevrvation seatings seemed a bit overwhelmed with workload but he was still pretty efficient and overall, still a great experience.

Food tasted good, very similar to the famous hai Di Lao, but service is pretty bad, food comes very slowly, ordered items did not come. But as they say, you get what you pay for. Nevertheless, great meal

Overall is good. Im late around 5min so have to queue for next turn. Staff very attentive.

Music too loud and despite having a reservation i had to wait another 30mins for a table. They implement a time limit but dont dare to enforce it on the diners who overshoots the time and causes a backlog
