Everything is good except that they need to change their wifi details if it was changed before by the staffs & update the stickers. 🤗

I enjoy the food prepared by this restaurant, good service and food is serve fast. Though there is some waiting time but overall is good.

disappointed.... dishes serve not accordingly to ordered and extremely SLOW.... we waited for 30min for 2nd round dishes and then they requested us to eat faster or will be chargeable for extra hours as its 2hour eating time limit which we wasn’t inform.

Good Service and good food. The soup base was generally okay. They have a wide variety of ingredients to choose from. Overall experience was great.

Soup is refillable which is a bonus. Only gave 4 stars because the soup is more of a pepper taste then herbal taste. But thats just my own preference. Still good and cheap food here tho.

Another time of visit. Cannot resist the tomato soup base, can compare with hai di lao. Only disadvantage is insufficient seats. The shop is small.

Multiple times visit to these store. Highly recommend to everyone. Personally like the prawns very much. Definitely will come back . It is value for money.

Food is good but have to queue even with reservation

Great food at awesome price! However, they ran out of chicken and we had to constantly remind them our orders. The waiting time was quite long despite having reservation.

The food was awesome as usual, very worth the price! But they made me wait for 45min despite having reservation... it would be better if they can take in less reservations.

Second time at xun Wei hotpot , this time round the prawn is not as fresh. However the price is good for a random steamboat dinner.

It was really good! Though service is not perfect, the staff did their best to serve our food as soon as they could. The seafood was really fresh as well for the price!

Strongly recommend this hotpot to friends. Soup base can fight with Hai Di Lao. One price go for everything. Service may not as good as HDL. But food is good.

There's so much food and drinks you can choose from. Definitely one of my fav places to come for lunch when working. Everyone working nearby should at least come here once to try it out. Very hippy and happy place

The service is good. Not alot of food to choose from. But the basic items are there. But on top of the buffet price. There is a charge for the soup base $8+ for a table of 4. Even if you have 2 pax its still the same price

Soup base came slower than the food, but other than that the rest is good. Food is good, in a air conditioned place. Basically a good place for gatherings.

Great hotpot. Service slightly lackluster but overall a nice place to visit to satisfy hotpot cravings. Do book early as they only have 8 tables.

The food is ok but your employees attitude so rude. Due to first time went there for dinner don't know how to order and we ask your employees she give us a black face and don't want to serve us. This make us will not introduce this shop for my friend.

Good service and food. Went for the dinner buffet and drinks, ice cream and sauces were all included so basically no hidden costs. Would definitely go back again.

Food was okay, however service needs to improve as a lot of things were not clarified, for example whether the carbonated drinks were foc, wifi password etc

Good place for small group gatherings. We tried four different soups; tomato and Sichuan fish soups are our favourites! Variety of ingredients available. Can increase choice of cooked food.

Service was good even though there were a lot of customers. Food was also fresh and great varieties. Price is very reasonable with free flow soft drinks and choices of “Home made” drinks.

Nice tomato and pickled veg soupbase with good service. Food variety sufficient. Booking through call or quandoo for seats. Value for money as well for weekdays and weekend.

The food is fresh and the soup is nice. The staff are very helpful and provide a very good service. However, their boss should hire more staff. Their boss should design a lift instead for the staff to carry the food up and down for 2nd floor customer. Overall, price is affordable too. Will be back.

Best value hotpot imo! Service might get abit slow during peak hour but generally the staff are great. Highly recommend!

The food is nice, fresh and the price is really reasonable, the service is really good. Overall it is a worth money restaurant. Will go and visit again!
